The companies came to introduce numerously innovative management techniques according to a rapidly environmental change. And the importance of human resources has also been emphasized. Accordingly, it is a situation of being increased the interest in the effects of organizational members' justice perception according to introduction of innovative management technique on attitude.
Therefore, this study aimed to confirm how the justice perception on the innovative management technique in employees at Casino company, which a company intends to introduce, is indicated, and also to analyze which control effect the internalization in organizational members has in this process.
In order to achieve these research objectives, the literature research and the empirical research were carried out. And, the literature research was conducted on the justice theory, and distribution-justice theory, procedure-justice theory, and interactive-justice theory, internalization theory, and organizational-commitment theory, which are sub-concepts of justice. In the meantime, the empirical research tested hypothesis based on the theoretical research. Among totally distributed 250 questionnaires, the number of the collected questionnaires was 222 copies. However, except 18 copies that are judged to be invalid among these things, 204 copies were set to the effective samples.
By using SPSSWIN 12.0 program, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were conducted.
The following are the results that were shown through the literature research and the empirical analysis.
First, as a result of verifying the relationship between justice and organizational commitment, justice perception was indicated to have positive impact on organizational commitment. Also, all of distribution justice, procedure justice, and interaction justice, which are the sub-hypotheses, were indicated to have positive(+) impact upon organizational commitment.
Second, as a result of analyzing the effects of the procedure justice and the interaction justice on organizational commitment, the interaction justice was indicated to have greater impact than the procedure justice.
Third, as a result of verifying the moderating role of internalization, the statistical significance was not indicated. All of distribution justice, procedure justice, and interaction justice, which are sub-concepts in justice, showed the same result.
Based on these findings, regarding the introduction of innovative management technique, the casino company will make it available for enough justice perception on a system that is aimed to be introduced, thereby requiring to make atmosphere that members can be absorbed in organization. And, furthermore, an effort will need to be made for increasing confidence through the steadily formal and informal mutual communication.
