장교양성과정 3사생도의 훈육에 관한 연구 : 사관생도 명예심 고양을 위한 훈육방안 중심으로 = Research on Cadet and Officer Candidate's Discipline in Korea Army Academy at Young-Cheon : Focused on the Disciplinary Plan to Inspire Cadet's Honor

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research is focused on analyzing the following factors in order to contribute to the achievement of Korea Army Academy at Young-Cheon Cadet disciplinary objectives.
First, I have arranged the concept and fundamental principles of discipline to identify the concept and objectives of discipline adequate for training military officers.
Second, I have derived the disciplinary requirements by analyzing the subjects of discipline, and derived honor related disciplinary requirements by analyzing the concept of Honor.
Third, I have presented detailed honor-developing education techniques by analyzing the restrictions surrounding honor related educations practiced in Korea Army Academy at Young-Cheon.
Fourth, I have presented specific education techniques to enable the achievement of disciplinary objectives through Honor.
To do this I have assessed the Cadet admission data in order to analyze their characteristics. And I have conducted questionnaires to Cadet and discipline officers in order to analyze the students' degree of Honor. Based on the outcome of the questionnaires I have derived the insufficient fields in Cadet's Honor education and presented discipline techniques to inspire the Cadet's concepts of Honor.
