This paper presents a selection of optimal alternative to organize reverse logistics network for end-of-life cellular phone by using the analytic network process in evaluating alternatives. The criteria that have important influence on reverse logistics for end-of-life cellular phone are constructed in a hierarchical form. The hierarchical form consists of economic, environment and legislation factor at the upper level of control criteria. The lower level consists of four perspectives that include interdependent attributes among them. A relative weight of decision determinants and proposed alternatives is evaluated by analyzing the network model. In achieving reverse logistics for end-of-life cellular phone, ANP-based approaching method could be realistically useful for a corporate strategic alternative evaluating process.
