물 부족 문제에 직면한 우리나라 물 교육 현황에 관한 연구 : 물 교육 지도 자료 개발을 중심으로 = Survey of Water Education for Water Deficiency in KOREA:Focusing on Publication of Water Education Material

국문 초록 (Abstract)

오늘날, 지구상에는 인류뿐만 아니라 많은 종류의 생명체들이 우리가 가해온 지구온난화로 인해 위협을 받고 있다. 그와 동시에 우리는 많은 물을 소비하고 있으므로, 머지않아 물 부족으로 고통을 받을 것이다. 우리나라 역시 인구 밀도가 높고 경제의 양적인 팽창에 따라 물의 이용량이 증가되었으나, 물 자원에 대한 효과적 이용 인식의 부족과 행?재정적 지원의 불충분으로 물 부족 국가로 분류된 현실에서 물 부족 문제에 대한 물 교육의 중요성을 중학생들에게 실시할 수 있는 교육 자료를 개발하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서 본 연구에서는 세계의 물 부족 실태와 우리나라의 물 부족 실태를 조사하고, 향후 물이용을 어떻게 해야 하는지를 중심으로 고찰하였다. 그리고 현재 우리나라 학교 교육과정에서의 환경교육과 물 교육 현황을 조사하여 물 교육의 필요성을 제시하였고, 중학교 ‘환경’교과서의 물 부족 문제와 관련된 단원을 분석하여 물 교육 지도 자료를 개발하였다.
그 내용은 다음과 같이 세 가지 방법을 단계적으로 실시할 수 있도록 구성하였다.
첫째, 소중한 물의 교육 내용은 물의 중요성을 인식하는 교육으로 물의 순환과정, 물의 특성, 물의 중요성을 깨닫고 소중하게 여기는 태도를 가질 수 있도록 우리 생활의 경험을 중심으로 구성하였다.
둘째, 물 쓰임의 교육 내용은 물의 정수 과정이나 오염 원인을 알고, 물의 실태 파악을 위하여 실험과 조사 중심으로 구성하였다.
셋째, 물 절약의 교육 내용은 우리나라와 다른 나라의 물 교육 사례를 비교하고, 이러한 물 부족 문제를 스스로 해결할 수 있는 능력을 갖출 수 있는 내용으로 구성하였다.
본 연구를 통해 개발된 물 교육 지도 자료를 통해서 우리 학생들이 우리나라의 부족한 물을 효율적으로 사용하는 능력을 기를 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 교사들은 중학생들로 하여금 보다 긍정적인 사고를 하게하고, 물 오염의 심각한 문제를 예방할 수 있도록 가르쳐야 한다. 또한, 본 연구를 통해서 우리 학생들과 세계의 모든 사람들이 지금보다도 더욱 더 물 사랑을 생활화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In these days, not only the human beings but also many kinds of the lives in the earth have been threatened by the global worming which we have commited.
At the same time, we have spent a lot of water therefore we'll be suffered from the water in our planet not so long time.
Recently, some water experts say that Korean peninsula is going to face a serious problem which is come true by users of the water. Because our country has a problem of overpopulation and speedy rising of the evonomy, have also used lots of water.
The purpose of research will help middle school students understond the importance and the deficiency of the water with these teaching materials that I've studied.
In addition, I tried to compare between our country and many other countries about some situations of the water.
And I investigated the better use of water, also made an abstract about the nesessity of water as the situation of the education of environment and the little water.
These teaching materials were written by me to teach for middle school students about the serious problem, which gets little water on the environment in the world from middle school textbook.
These teaching materials also say that there are three methods with step by step.
First, we teachers should have our students go through of the importance of the water in their livelihood.
Second, we have ta make our students expriment and learn by inspection to catch hold of the situation of the water as users.
Third, we should let our students think about the little water in our country and at the same time, they have to try to solve this problem for themselves and compare with any other countries.
With these materials for teaching, our students will be understand that there are very little water in our country and the might utilize sparingly. And the teacher let their students go through with an affirmative consideration and then we should have out students prevent the serious problem which is water pollution.
Writing these teaching materials, I hope that the water will be loved by our students and everyone over the world more than now.
