四柱命理學에 근거한 건축 공간디자인 方法論 硏究 : 특히 陽宅風水 현대화 방안에 관한 연구

Together with the close of the 20th century, and arrival of new age, a great turning point in history has been in progress. Now, new age has come out of the analogue code of industrialization and entered into the time of digital code, where new science and philosophy meet each other. This new revolution of the scientific philosophy, broadly classified into convergent 6T, such as AI, fuzzy concept, human sensibility engineering and brain science, environment recognition psychology and socio-psychology and hybrid of scientific environment, and the paradigm change of the digital concept like this, demands the deductive approach method of the East, as the inductive scientific verification theory of the West, characteristic of empirical analysis and inference, has faced the limit. In other words, new age has turned to the super-dimensional sensitivity world of new digital method, rather than the empirical, statistical and logical inference of the existing analogue method. Sorting out them, now, the new change has been tried in the following areas; from Newton physics to chaos physics, intellectual society to sensitivity society in concept, Cashtalistic aesthetic empiricism to brain science endocrine hormonology of visual perception nervous system, math concept of statistical analysis to scientific philosophy in logic system.
As the future comes to us faster and faster, it has become more and more important to predict what will happen to our future. In addition, more and more pressure has been placed on us to attain the views of these predictions. However, in the fast changing society, as the attainment of the objects is multi-proportional to the developmental speed and pressure, the double dilemma of demanding to predict the future again is generated. To cope with such situation, various methods of future prediction techniques have been developed and on a global scale, such world-wide agendas as, Doha round, Internet round, Green round and Blue round have been developed and promoted. However, these plans have been made to cope with the movement of the entire international community, and as the new changes and tries for the mental and physical stability and health of individual persons have been collapsed amid the international competition for the market, the individual identities tailored to their own innate aptitude and physical characteristics have been marginalized further and further.
Besides, due to the fast industrialization and the expansion of the shared housing followed by urbanization, our society has caused the qualitative and quantitative housing problem and changed fast from individual-centered to community-centered, role-respected to function-valued, customer first to brand-design control. Entering into the year of 2000 from the 1990, due to the endless international competition structure based on the world-wide market economy logic, advertizement following and expansion and public relation of mass media, the social trends also have got away from the respect for the individuality, and gradually fallen into the idea of community first.
To respond to such contemporary social-environmental situations, the application of the scientific philosophy of the East, based on the human and nature-centric principle, has been demanded in the various areas. Therefore, it is necessary to design the house tailored to the residents through the application of the study of individual Saju-Myungri (destiny of a person's life and fortune), composed of the experience learned from nature-centered life, philosophy and science of the East. And in addition, the correct understanding of the study of Saju-Myungri is considered to be one of the best methods of modernizing the Yangtaek Fengshui (Housing Fenshui, or Housing Geomancy)
Housing fengshui is the science, which seeks the heath and happiness for the human beings by applying the natural phenomenon to the human life. Especially, while Housing fengshui is about the understanding of the change and phenomenon of the geography, Saju-Myungri is assessing and predicting of individual person's fortune and misfortune, based on the understanding of the astrology. Therefore, when Housing fengshui and Saj-Myungri is applied in the supplementary terms, the efficiency will be maximized.
In other words, Housing fengshui is part of the construction activities of seeking the fortune and avoiding misfortune for the residents themselves and their children, providing the information on how the residence should be built and located, based on the natural geographical features of the surrounding area, forms and facing directions, while Saju-Myungri can be defined as the ideal logic system to find out the destiny, character and physiological peculiarity. It is estimated that, for such reason, the study of application methods of Housing fengshui combined with Saju-Myungri is very useful in terms of not only the physical factors constituting the space of building, but also the building plan handling collectively the things related, such as, the relation between the man and nature, the placement, form, material and color of the space. It is also considered that such study will make a great contribution to finding the useful method for turning back the social trends from the community-centered to individual-based and from the function first to role-valued and also to the securing of the responding capacity against the uncertainty of the future and formation of common ground among the families divided. And besides it is also expected that this study will be developed as the quantitative system of chaos measurement, which can control the multi-source assessment system efficiently.
The purpose of the study is to find the method of the resident-tailored design methodology based on the individual resident's characteristics by applying Saju-Myungri. For the study, the transition process of Saju-Myungri theory and the developmental stage of the theory following will be examined, and the principle and theory of Saju-Myungri and Housing fengshui, now discredited, will be scientifically verified, and especially, more emphasis will be put on the problem examination and establishment of improvement plan. Besides, the existing theories scientifically not verified until now, will be systematically sorted out, and current various theories, studies, findings and results published up to now will be assessed and classified through the analysis of the reference books and theses published and the genealogies of Saju-Myungri and Housing fengshui by the time.
And the principles and logics of Jooyuk, Hado, Naksu, Sunhuchunpalgye will be defined again, the theory of 5 transitions of positive and negative (Eumyang-Ohaeng) will be analyzed and the characteristics the celestial stems and, as its branch, ten stem and 12 minor stems will examined. Based on this study, as the theory of mutual support and mutual destruction in Eumyang-Ohaeng, the method of assessing the Higee of Saenguk- Jehwa will be studied. The application method of Saju-Myungri to the 5 techniques of the Orient, such as life, divination, shape-reading, medical treatment, Sun will be studied. In short, it seeks the method of supplement and assistance applicable to Housing fengshui, the 1st of Sang, one of the 5 techniques in the East, and first, Housing fengshui and Tomb fengshui will be separated. and the confused concept of Facing direction theory(Joaban theory) and Naban (compass) theory will be clearly defined. The method of residential area composition based on the theory of Gasan-Yohae and the spacing method based on the essential part of housing, such as, the gate, room and kitchen, will be clearly examined and studied to raise the reliability of the theory, and Housing fengshui system will be newly established through the studies on the selection method of the house forms and materials. That is, the existing theories following the theories and environment of the past will be reestablished as Housing fengshui theory of the contemporary concept by applying Saju-Myungri study and new supplement and assistance methods of Housing fengshui tailored to the residents will be proposed again.
Besides, the verification process will be conducted for the further advance of the research, using the analysis of the existing theories, studies and findings. First, in order to verify the reliability of the innate characters analysis, the test of MBTI Form K will be conducted, and its result will be examined through the comparative evaluation of the character analysis by the theory of 10 characters of Saju-Myung, and to verify the reliability on the analysis of physiological characteristics human nature, such tests as, DNA gene test for physical fitness (Angiotensin Converting Enzyme), the genetic test for curiosity (DRD4, 48bp, DRD4 -521 gene), the genetic test for addiction (DRD2 Tag A Tag B gene) and the genetic test for melancholia will be collectively conducted, and their results will be compared and evaluated with the results from Saju-Myungri study. In addition, the reliability degree confirmed through the examination of the test results will be used as the criterion for the verification of certainty, when Saju-Myungri is actually practiced. With such criterion for the verification, the resident tailored design program as the study for the modernizing method of Housing fengshui combined with Saju-Myung study is proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

동양의 사주명리학은 단순히 점을 보는 학문이 아니다. 각 개인이 타고 태어난 개인적 특성의 코드를 파악하여 각 개개인의 삶의 방식을 연구하는 학문으로, 천문학, 기후학, 생물학, 의학, 수리학, 철학 등 현대학문이 추구하는 모든 원리를 함축하고 있는 학문이기 때문이다.
본 연구는 "거주자 맞춤형 디자인 방법론”의 일환으로 사주명리학을 활용하여 거주자의 선천적 특성의 코드를 파악하여 건축 공간을 디자인 하는 방법을 연구하였다.
제 2장에서는 각 개인이 지니고 있는 선천적 특징에 맞는 실내공간의 이미지를 찾는 작업으로서 ① 한의학에서 사용하는 오운육기진법을 활용하여 체질과 관련된 인간 공학적 측면과 행태학적 계획 요소의 개발 방법을 연구하였다. ② 융(Jung, c)의 이론에 의하여 개발된 MBTI Form K 적성검사의 원리 해석을 바탕으로 십성이론을 활용하여 성격이론에 의한 환경 인지 심리학적 디자인 요소의 개발 방법을 연구하였다. ③ 생극제화의 희기에 의한 음양오행의 태과와 불급에 의한 조형요소의 추출 방법을 연구하였다. ④ 대운과 세운에 의하여 변화가 시작되어 주객전도 현상이 발생하는 창발현상의 시점도 연구하였다.
제 3장에서는 이러한 분석 결과가 현대 과학과 일치하는 가의 검증작업으로서 MBTI Form K 검사법에 의한 적성과 심리 검사를, 그리고 DNA 유전자 검사에 의한 체질 분석 결과가 사주명리학에 나타난 사주간명 결과와의 일치성을 확인하여 과학적 신뢰도를 확인하였다.
제 4장에서는 사주명리학을 건축 계획에 올바로 사용하기 위하여 양택풍수의 현대화 방안을 연구하였다. 이는 사주 간명의 결과가 여러 계획적 요소에 일방적으로 치우치거나 혹은 모자라는 부분이 없이 각 계획요소 마다 적절하게 배분되는 원칙을 설정하기 위함이다. 이러한 연구진행은 ① 대지분석 기법으로서 십간론의 음양오행∙상생상극의 원리를 바탕으로 주변환경, 건물형태, 평면형태, 조경 및 환경계획등의 요소를 판단하여 디자인에 사용할 수 있는 원리를 연구. 분석하였다. ② 공간 배치기법으로서 좌향론의 양택삼요를 종합 분석하여 동서사택에 따른 대문과 안방의 위치 선정방식을 연구하였고 ③ 대문과 안방의 위치가 결정 된 후 부엌의 위치를 결정하는 판단 원리를 연구하여 주택 공간계획에 사용 할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. ④ 그리고 생극제화의 희기를 판단하여 색체와 재질의 결정방법과 형태와 규모의 계획, 또한 실내 공간구성 및 장식요소 결정기법을 제시하였다. ⑤ 사주간명의 결과 나타난 대운과 세운에 의하여 건물의 유지관리 기법을 제시하였다.
제 5장에서는 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 "거주자 맞춤형 디자인 방법"을 제시하였다. 즉 대상자가 지니는 고유의 선천적 특성의 코드를 사주명리학의 사주간명 이론에 의해 파악하고 도출된 결과를 공간 요소와 구체적으로 결합하는 방안을 중점을 연구하였다.
또한 제5장의 연구 진행은 크게 ① 가설의 설정, ② 공식의 대입(방법론의 제시), ③ 공식의 풀이(Case Study), ④ 종합. 정리로 구분하여 진행하였으며, 이를 좀더 세분하여 ① 가설의 설정에서는 건축계획에 적용을 위한 평가요소를 분석하여 사주명리학에 근거한 거주자 분석기법과 디자인Map을 작성하도록 하였다. ② 공식의 대입(방법론의 제시)에서는 건축 계획 시 활용방안을 분석하여 대지분석기법에 따른 건축계획의 지침을 설정하고, 대문위치와 건물의 좌, 향 결정을 위한 지침을 설정 프로그램을 개발 제시하였다. 또한 각 실의 위치 결정을 위한 지침의 설정을 연구하여 프로그램으로 제시하였으며, 조형계획을 위한 분위기 결정요소들에 대한 지침도 작성하였다. ③ 이러한 연구. 분석된 내용을 종합하여 주거 공간 계획 방법을 제시 하였다. 또한 평면계획의 사례를 제시하고, 입면계획의 사례와 외부 조경 및 대문과 담장의 디자인 사례를 제시하였다. ④ 이러한 모든 연구를 종합. 정리하여 최종적인 "사주명리학에 근거한 건축 공간 디자인 프로그램 개발"을 제시하였다.
그리고 본 논문은 "사주명리학에 근거한 건축 공간 디자인 프로그램 개발"로서, 완성된 건축 공간디자인을 제시하는 것이 아니라 디자인 프로그램을 개발함이 목적이 있다. 즉 제 5장에서 제시되는 사례연구는 프로그램 개발의 응용 방법의 예시이지, 디자인의 결과물은 아니다. 이러한 이유는 본 연구의 결과가 디자이너의 창의력이나 아이디어를 제한하는 것이 아니라 건축주 가족구성원의 선천적 특질을 코드화하여 거주자 맞춤형 디자인 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. (또한 이러한 지침서의 작성과 제시는 디자이너들에게 좀 더 신뢰도 있는 디자인 작업에 임 할 수 있을 것이라 판단 되며, 건축주에게도 많은 신뢰도를 줄 것이라 사료된다.)
땅의 변화 현상을 이해하고 길흉을 판단하여 자연 현상을 인간에게 편리하게 적용하는 이론인 양택풍수와 천문을 이해하고 인간 개개인의 길흉을 판단하는 학문인 사주명리학을 상호 보완적으로 개발하여 응용되었을 때 그 효용도는 더욱 극대화 될 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 이유에서 사주명리학을 활용한 양택풍수의 활용 방안 연구는 공간을 구축하는 물리적 요소는 물론이고 인간과 자연의 관계, 공간의 배치, 형태와 재료, 색채의 계획까지 유기적으로 다룰 수 있는 건축 계획적 측면에 매우 유용한 것이라 사료된다.
즉 과학과 사회학자 및 건축 심리학자들로부터 제안되고 있는 복잡계의 이론을 적극 수용하여 새로운 건축설계 기법을 개발해야 되는 페러다임의 변화가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 거주자의 행태적 정보와 거주자의 욕구 만족을 위해서는 종래의 기능적‧ 형태적‧ 구조적 또는 미적 공간구성에만 집중되었던 단편적인 연구보다 복잡계 이론의 집대성이라 할 수 있는 사주명리학을 활용한 거주자 맞춤형 디자인 프로그램의 개발은 매우 의미 있는 일이라 판단된다. 이러한 사주명리학에 근거한 거주자 맞춤형 디자인 프로그램은 시공(時空)을 정지하지 않고 시공인 진행 중인 거주자 판단에 적합한 이론이라 사료된다.
이러한 시공이 정지되지 않은 거주자 판단 방법은 가족 구성원간의 일체감을 증가 시킬 것이다. 즉 사주명리학이 지니는 특성 중 중요한 요소인 벽사구복(辟邪求福)적 기원(祈願)효과인 버넘 효과(Barnum effect)와 피그말리온 효과(Pygmalion effect)에 의하여 거주자 간의 미적 가치기준에 대한 일체감뿐만 아니라, 가족 간의 정신적 공감대와 유대감도 더욱 극대화 될 것이라 사료 된다. 또한 대운과 세운에 의한 판단의 근거는 가족 간의 피흉추길(避凶趨吉)의 의식이 더해져 대화와 공통체적 의식이 고취되리라 사료 된다.
