고등학교 태권도 선수들의 A/B 성격 유형과 심리적 탈진 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 고등학교 태권도 선수들의 운동경력(고집단/저집단)과 기술수준(우수선수/비우수 선수)에 따른 A/B 성격유형과 심리적인 탈진의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 연구대상자는 H고 52명, R고 52명, H고 11명, S고 12명, G고 32명, S체고 35명, J고 15명 등 209명을 대상으로 Jenkins 활동 척도(Jenkins Activity Survey, 1974)와 MBI (Maslash와 Jackson, 1981)를 조사하였으며, 회수된 자료는 SPSS PC 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.
연구결과, A/B 성격유형에서 남자 태권도 선수들과 여자 태권도 선수들 간에 유의한 차이가 있었는데(p<.05), 남자 선수들은 A형 성격이 많았으며, 여자선수들은 B형 성격이 많았다. 그리고 탈진 분석에서는 정서적인 고갈 요인에서 남자 선수들과 여자 선수들 간에 유의한 차이가 있었는데(p<.05), 여자 선수들이 정서적으로 심한 탈진을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 남자 태권도 선수들의 경력에 따른 A/B 성격유형에서 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났으나(p>.05), 경력이 많은 고집단 선수들은 A형 성격이 많았으며, 경력 저집단 선수들은 비슷한 성격유형을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 남자 태권도 선수들의 기술수준에 따라 우수한 태권도 선수들과 비우수한 태권도 선수들 간에 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01). 우수한 선수들은 A형 성격이 많았으며, 비우수한 선수들은 B형 성격이 많은 것으로 분석되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify A/B personality type and psychological burnout on sex, athletes career, skill levels in high school TaeKwonDo athletes. The participants were 209 TaeKwonDo athletes who were practicing in H high school(n=52), R high school(n=52), H high school(n=11), S high school(n=12), G high school(n=32), S high school(n=35), J high school(n=15). They have answered two questionnaires such as Jenkins Activity Survey developed by Jenkins(1974), Maslash Burnout Inventory developed by Maslash & Jackson(1981). For this statistic, SPSS 12.0 for windows was used for technical statistic, t-test and MANOVA analysis. Statistical attention standard level was .05 at this point. After deciding the range and hypotheses of researches based on previous research related to A/B personality type and psychological burnout, the results were as follows;
First, there were significant difference between boy players and girl players on A/B personality type(p<.05). However, there were more A type in boy players and more B type in girl players.
Second, there were significant difference between boy players and girl players on psychological burnout(p<.05). Many girl players had high psychological burnout than boy players had on emotional burnout factor.
Third, there were no significantly difference between high career players and low career players on A/B personality type in athletes career(p<.05). There were more A type in high career group than low career group.
Finally, there were significant difference between elite players and non-elite players on A/B personality type(p<.05). However, there were more A type in elite players, and more B type in non-elite players.
