지방의회의 의정활동 성과에 대한 만족도 연구 : 광역의회를 중심으로 = (A) study on the satisfaction degrees about legislature activity performances of local councils : focused on the provincial councils

Most of the previous studies on the activity in the local assembly have been focused mainly not comprehensive activities but restricted studies on the partial activity in the local assembly, such as, the study on its organization, administrative affairs-inspection system, the matter of paying to a member of the assembly and the enactment or amendment in ordinance etc.
It is not easy to find a comprehensive study about the activity in the local assembly which can show general pictures of the local assembly activity. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find, include and analyze the factors which have influence on comprehensive activities in the local assembly.
The included factors of this study are following:
First of all, the political and legislative factors which called the exterior-circumstance factors are included.
Secondly, the volition and job capability factors as an assemblyman are included.
Thirdly, enacting or amending of ordinances, deliberating of budgets and accounts, constraining or cooperating with the executives, and operating or supporting of the assembly are included.
Finally, the early results of serving the public and the final results of satisfying with comprehensive activities to the assembly are included.
These included factors on this study lead us to analyze the relation of cause and effect between the outside surrounding factors and the function of the assembly itself, and serving for the public and acting for the assembly.
The results of this research, thus, help us to cultivate the insight on open systems which hold comprehensive activities in related with the local assembly.
