제3자 물류기업의 서비스개선 방안에 관한 연구 = A Study on Improvement Plans for the Third-Party Logistics Providers

국문 초록 (Abstract)

영문초록 : Today's enterprise environment is changing so fast after a industrial society. A durability of a product is getting shorter and the consuming public's needs are getting more variety. So enterprise introduce a small quantity production system and customer's demanding more more and more as like faster delivery. In the rapidly changing industrial situation, owners are trying Outsourcing to secure a dominant position in competition. Advanced company place an order outside for delivery their goods they could save 50~70% of price which they should spend for it. But in Korea, we are lower then Advanced county as like 38.8%. The reason is by low confidence of that service company and anxiety of loosing control of their service. Also in Korea there's not that many major delivery company which has a lot of experience or career. Accordingly, About rationalization and high power distribution industry of distribution industry we need a new style of physical operation system company as like Knowledge Base TPL(Third Party Logistics) Provider to join the market field. Then they can have a responsibility not only operation, execution(shipping, keeping) but also supervision and regulation. The third distribution company has to have a specialty and better service and trust. Most of major company who will ask to be their partner will see that company's career, financial ability, human resource and experience, etc
