야구동호인의 여가만족도와 생활만족도 분석 = The Analysis of the Baseball Club member Leisure-Satisfaction and Life-Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper was analyzed by the Baseball Club to know the influential affect to the satisfaction of the person's leisure time and lifestyles. Also, it is to analysis the motivation in participation level of individual's and other specific groups to understand the difference of each groups. The research was done by a phone and the test subjects were 400 members of Baseball Club in Pusan, Korea. For, Cronbach's α method was used to confirm the survey which was used to calculate the reliability, Varimax was used to analysis primary cause by orhtogonal rotation to scrutinize the sufficiency of the tools used for the survey.
By summarizing the outcome of the research process above the following will be equivalent to the list below.
1) Analisis of Leisure Satisfaction by Participant's characteristic
(1) In the age groups of 30, 31~35, and 36, 36 was the age group overall satisfied and overall withdrawing from stress.
(2) There wasn't a significant differences between the satisfactory ratio of married and unmarried groups of participants.
(3) College graduates and anyone above that seemed to be more satisfied than those who are anything high school graduates.
(4) There wasn't a significant differences due to the movements/ mobility it takes in certain occupations, for instance participants who are more active in their work seemed to be more satisfied significant.
(5) Participants who earned more than three million won, were more satisfied than other participants.
(6) The participant's satisfactory level kept increasing same as the numbers of the trips taken to the Baseball Park.
2) Analysis of Leisure satifaction by Participants degree
(1) Due to the research, participants with more active life is more satisfied than those who does not.
(2) Participants who contribute a appropriate time into their activities. It shows a high level of satisfaction level in their numbers. For, instance the Baseball Associations has a game, once a week and results of the survey recommended 3 to 4 times of participation.
3) As a result of correlation analysis, the each variables are sifnifieantiy related.
4) As a result of multiple regression the social-education and environment satisfaction fator has positively influenced upon the life satisfaction.
