腎兪穴과 委中穴의 白芥子 지압 요법이 간호사의 요통에 미치는 효과 = The effect of Acupressure with Semen Sinapisn at Shinnsuhyeol, Uijunghyeol on the nurse's lumbago.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: This study was to verify the effect of Acupressure with Semen Sinapisn at Shinnsuhyeol, Uijunghyeol on the nurse's lumbago. This study an one-group pretest-posttest design.
Method: A questionnaire was distributed to 27 nurses who are not pregnant and troubled with lumbago in G hospital B city. All agreed to participate in this study and did not take medicine nor any other treatment pertaining to lumbago. The period of time for collecting data was from November to December, 2005.
Preliminary-survey was performed to the volunteer nurses who are suffering from lumbago and not using the anodyne (pain killer) through the questionnaire according to the general characteristics and MVAS.
For experimental treatment, three Semen Sinapisn pills were put on the patient's Shinnsuhyeol and Uijunghyeol. Whenever patient feels pain and inconvenient, a painful and relieved degree of stimulus was given to the spot.
Post-experiment survey was conducted through questionnaire after 2-week experiment.
Collected data were analyzed as frequency, percentage, paired t-test, independent t-test, ANOVA, Cronbach's α using SPSS WIN 10.0 program.
Result: The results of this study were as follows;
1. Hypothesis 1 that "Acupressure with Semen Sinapisn at Shinnsuhyeol, Uijunghyeol is decreased on the nurse's lumbago" is supported(t=9.058, p=0.000).
2. In general characteristics, difference in recognition of lumbago was not significant statistically depending on patient's age, marital status, children, length of service as nurse, professional position, duty, working ward, health condition and regulartiles of exercise.
Conclusion: Acupressure with Semen Sinapisn at Shinnsuhyeol, Uijunghyeol can be used to remove the nurse's lumbago effectively as Korean-Nursing intervention.
