제약회사 영업사원의 핵심역량과 고객만족에 관한 연구 = The Study of Influence Analysis of Core competency on Customer Satisfaction

국문 초록 (Abstract)

최근 제약 산업은 경쟁력 있는 신제품을 확보하고 시장 점유율을 높이기 위해 인수합병이 계속해서 이루어지고 있어 국내외 제약회사들은 경쟁적인 시장투자와 마케팅과 영업 역량의 강화를 통한 차별화를 강조하고 있는데 특히 잘 훈련된 영업 사원들의 역할이 중요시 되고 있다. 즉 제약산업에서는 매출에 직접적인 영향을 주는 영업 사원들의 고객만족을 통한 처방확산으로 성과를 극대화할 수 있는 방안을 찾고 있다.
본 연구는 제약기업에서 근무하는 전문의약품 영업 사원들이 현재 영업현장에서 업무수행을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 갖추어야 할 중요한 핵심역량에는 어떠한 것이 있으며 그 핵심역량이 고객만족에 있어서 고객의 입장에서 볼 때 실제로 영향을 주는 것이 어떠한 것인가에 대한 연구이고 지역별, 경력 별, 병원유형별에 따라 어떠한 차이를 보이는가를 비교 분석한 연구이다. 그리고 그 차이점에 대해 대안을 찾아 마케팅 및 영업전략 수립과 영업사원 교육에 기여할 수 있는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 하였다.
이를 위하여 종합병원과 개인의원의 내분비내과 전문의와 내과 전문의 140명을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 직접설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 총 140부를 배포하여 140부가 회수 되었으며 회수율은 100%로 되었다. 표본 추출은 대한의사협회명단을 근거로 데이터에서 임의적 표본 추출방식으로 이루어 졌다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같았다.
첫째, 핵심역량의 종합적인 중요도 순위는 태도와 관계형성, 판매기술, 전문성, 정보제공과 관련프로그램사용의 순으로 처방에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 병원유형별간의 차이는 전문성 핵심역량을 제외하고는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 지역별간의 차이는 태도와 관계형성 그리고 전문성에서는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고 판매기술과 정보제공과 관련프로그램사용에서는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 경력별간의 차이에서도 태도와 관계형성 그리고 전문성에서는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났고 판매기술과 정보제공과 관련프로그램사용에서는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다.
결론적으로 고객만족도를 높이기 위해서는 영업사원의 태도와 관계형성이 중요한 것으로 영업사원교육 시 가장 우선으로 강조하고 영업현장에서 특히 영업관리자가 직원관리에서 고려해야 할 사항인 것 같다. 또한 전문가적인 고객과의 접점관리를 강화하는 관계마케팅의 중요성이 강조되는 것으로 고객과의 인간적인 유대가 고객만족의 향상을 통한 영업성과 향상으로 이어진다. 제품지식, 정보전달에 앞서 인간적인 유대형성의 전제가 영업현장에서의 필수조건인 것 같다.
그러나 본 연구는 영업사원의 핵심역량이 고객 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것을 분석한 연구로 시사점을 찾아냈지만 이 연구에서 해결하지 못한 한계점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 핵심역량요인들간의 상관관계를 분석하지 못한 한계점이 있었다. 둘째, 의사만을 대상으로 하여 영업사원이 생각하는 처방결정에 미치는 핵심역량의 우선순위와 의사가 생각하는 핵심역량과의 상관관계를 비교하지 못한 한계점이 있다. 셋째, 다양한 전문의 의사 군을 대상으로 통계적인 표본추출을 해야 하는데 편의 추출에 의한 임의 방식으로 모집단이 의사전체를 대표하기에는 한계가 있었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The aim of the dissertation is to highlight aspects of the contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Yangsan Crane Dance. In doing so this paper will examine the modern shifts in the dance‘s meaning, themes and symbols as well as the future of the dance form in today’s Korean society.
With its unique symbolic expressions this traditional form of dance has not only time honored elements but also possesses the potential to transform into a new dance consistent with the modern era.
Through this reinterpretation the Crane Dance can continue to be passed on from generation to generation while still maintaining its original composition and forms. Thus, in the following pages I will put forth as to how this traditional form of dance can be introduced to a contemporary audience.
1. The cultural potential of this dance within the contemporary era is as follows. First, the emptying of the mind and the adaptation to nature is something unique to Korean dance and can be introduced to other countries, while at the same time enhancing the presence of Korean culture in the world. Second, the meaningful line of the body position and the emptiness of space within the mind, can find harmony with the Western Dance form, creating a unique way to revitalize the beauty of Korean dance.
2. The potential for this traditional dance in the modern age is its capability of being transformed into an entirely new dance form within the contemporary dance genre. First, through the imitation of the dance within the natural setting, varied expressions can be incorporated in to the traditional style while at the same time giving birth to a new expression of dance. Second, by emulating the crane the dancer takes aspects of the bird and combines them with aspects of their own humanity thus creating a sense of transformation through imitation.
3. The modern interpretation of this traditional dance can be divided into three categories. Education, stimulating a broader appreciation of Korea’s cultural heritage and enhancing the dancing professional.
First, through various forms of media, such as the Internet and televised cultural programs, the public will be offered the chance to embrace the deeply spiritual aspects of the dance form, thus raising consciousness to a higher level. Moreover, this can be used as an educational device to improve the mental and physical health of the modern youth.
Second, traditional Korean dance in the recent era has not enjoyed the popularity of other physical art forms, but with exposure of the Crane Dance to the public I contend that the general public will embrace this as a worthy spiritual and physical exercise, while now unaware of the dance‘s true meaning and its worthy potential. I believe that the inherent nature of the Crane Dance will easily come across to those unfamiliar with it, and they will find themselves naturally captivated by its fluid, nature inspired movements.
Third, while it is important that the traditional forms of the dance should be maintained, it should also be introduced to the youth for their reinterpretation of the dance form. This could lead to an international dance interchange as young dancers around the world take aspects of the traditional Korean dance and meld it with that of their own.
Since 1980 Korean dance culture has seen the fading of traditional Koreans forms as the new age of dancing encroaches where once styles such as the Crane Dance held prominence. Therefore, it is essential that Koreans in putting forth their own contributions to the world of modern dance should build upon their creations based on the roots of our traditional dance heritage. With the right exposure, this form of dance could be the stepping stone into a new era of dance.
