(Abstract)

This study is intended to provide some basic information as an activity for making a healthy leisure or having an easy participation by everybody, also this research from the effects from a motive of participating in Bowling Society Members for satisfaction of life and leisure.
The subject of study was 300 people who are a member of society bowling, and living in Busan Metropolitan City.
Except incompleted or insincere responents, the participated members are 144 men and 148 women. the total comes to 292 people.
Questionnaire for collection of data as like the below :
Survey for a motive of Bowling is a Questionnaire of SMS-28 by Ballarand(1994), also LIM by Wessinger and Bandalos(1995) which were translated it to korean language and reconstructed to match with our situation by Jung,Yong-Gak(1997).
Survey for a motive of satisfied leisure is a Questionnaire of a developed mesurement of a satisfied leisure by Beard Ragheb(1985) which was translated and used by Lee, Jong-Kil(1992).
Survey for a life-satisfaction was used a questionnaire by Won(1989) who translated the survey of life-sastifaction by Diener Emmomsom, Larsen, Griffin(1985).
Base on questionnaire, as like 8-question for understanding the repondant's character, 9-question for a survey of a motive to be participated as a society members, 15-question for a survey of a satisfied-degree for an activity of bowling leisure, 15-question for a survey of a satisfied-degree for a normal life, and it is analyzed by total (47-question).

While a study method which was followed the right procedure through a trustful analyzed sources, a study report comes as the below :

First, During a participating bowling activity, as for a leisure or a degree of satified-life, In case of a motive for paticipation and a satisfied-leisure less one year, In case of a degree of a satisfied-life less 1 or 2 years, This influence is increased a little by Society Members, but there is no any remarkable differences.

Second, As for a degree of a satisfied-life between men and women during
bowling activity, Even Man's participated period for bowling activity is comming more longer than woman, but in case of a degree of a satisfied-life, there is no big differences.

Third, As for a degree of a satisfied-life as according to age during a bowling activity, It is reported that Thirties is higher than twenties.
