This study has inquired into the relative influences of job-related factors, individual factors and social support factors on the entrepreneurial intention of persons with disability.
The data have been collected by questioning 217 persons with disability who participated in the entrepreneurial education. The analysis of the data shows that such socio-demographic factors as sex and age have significant effects on the entrepreneurial intention of the disabled, while job-related factors such as employment experiences have shown significant effects on the entrepreneurial intention of the disabled.
Individual factors(such as self-efficacy, risk-taking propensity and need for achievement) and social support factors have shown a significant difference in influencing entrepreneurial intention. Age, employment experiences and self- efficacy have relatively the greatest influence on entrepreneurial intention.
After I have surveyed the relative effects of individual factors, job-related factors and social support factors on the entrepreneurial intention, I have found that employment experiences or none and self efficacy have a significant influencing power.
This study has surveyed the persons with disability who participated in entrepreneurial education, and analysed related factors influencing enterpreneurial intention so that this study may show a significant foundational data, which have still been insufficient, about enterprises of persons with disability.
