보육기관에서의 영아 애착형성 프로그램과 연계한 부모교육 프로그램 개발 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상이한 욕구를 가지고 상황에 처한 부모들에게 적합한 부모교육 프로그램이 요구되는 상황에서 보육기관에서의 영아 애착형성 프로그램과 연계한 부모교육 프로그램을 개발함으로써 부모교육 프로그램의 다양화를 도모하고 나아가 자녀의 성장발달에 도움을 주고자 교육기능 강화를 요구하는 부모에게 실제적인 지침이 되는 부모교육 프로그램을 개발하고자 수행되었다.
프로그램 개발을 위해 서울시 소재 보육기관 중 부모교육 프로그램을 실시하는 구립 어린이집에서 3년 이상 근무한 교사, 주임, 원장 등 보육현장 전문가 20명을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하였고, 그 자료를 분석하여 정리한 보육기관에서의 영아 애착형성 프로그램과 연계한 부모교육 프로그램의 개요는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 보육기관에서의 영아 애착형성 프로그램과 연계한 부모교육 프로그램의 목표는 영아발달단계에 맞는 애착형성 프로그램을 중심으로 영아의 전인적 발달을 돕는 부모의 효율적인 보육기능을 강화한다. 부모는 영아발달수준 및 보육기관의 보육과정을 이해하여 보육기관과 협조하여 프로그램에 적극 참여한다. 부모교육 프로그램을 통해 부모의 태도와 행동 및 인식 변화를 도모한다.
둘째, 내용으로 선정된 주제는 만 2세 미만 영아를 대상으로 할 때 ''어린이집 적응하기'', ''놀잇감,친구'', ''바깥놀이'', ''나,더워요'', ''자동차'', ''우리집'', ''동물'', ''추워요'', ''형,언니'' 이다.
셋째, 운영방법으로는 전문가를 초빙하여 주제에 맞는 강연을 실시하는 강연회나 강의 같은 형식적인 방법과 비형식적인 방법을 병행하여 가정통신문을 이용한 ''영아 애착형성 프로그램과 연계한 부모교육 프로그램''을 실시한다.
넷째, 평가방법으로 부모교육을 실시할 때는 부모들의 피드백 및 의식조사, 참여도 조사와 같은 평가방법을 적용하며 영아와 부모가 상호작용 할 수 있는 가정통신문을 통한 부모교육 프로그램 실시 후의 평가방법으로는 교사의 관찰과 영아의 반응평가, 부모의 반응평가 및 포트폴리오 평가방법으로 선정한다.
한편 본 연구에서는 개발한 프로그램이 아직 시안에 불과하므로 실제 운영과 운영 후에 프로그램 효과에 대한 검증이 이루어지고, 보완되어야 한다. 부모들의 요구를 문헌조사만 바탕으로 하고 실제조사를 하지 못한 한계가 있으므로 앞으로 이 부분에 대해 보완되어야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Parents education programs seem to be required for those parents with diversified needs. In such a circumstance, this study was aimed at developing a parents education program associated with the younger children attachment programs of nursing institutes and thereby, diversify the parents education programs conducive to their efforts to help their younger children develop and grow in a desirable way.
To this end, the researcher conducted three rounds of delphi survey for 20 nursing professionals including district children''s house teachers with a career of 3 years or longer, senior teachers and directors, and thereupon, analyzed the data collected from the survey to develop the parents education program associated with the younger children attachment program operated by the nursing institutes. The parents education program can be described as follows;
First, the parents education program associated with the younger children attachment serve to reinforce parents'' effective nursing roles conducive to their younger children''s holistic development; parents would have a better understanding of their children''s development and nursing institutes'' childcare services and thus, participate more positively in nursing institutes'' programs, while being more aware of their attitudes, behaviors and cognition with regard to their child-rearing.
Second, the primary themes of the program for the younger children aged 2 or younger were ''adaptation to children''s house'', ''playing partner or friend'', ''I am hot'', ''automobile'', ''my home'', ''animals'', ''I am cold'' and ''brother or sister''.
Third, professionals would be invited to lecture on the themes in the formal or informal way. In parallel with such a lecture program, ''the parents education program associated with the younger children attachment'' would be operated using the home correspondences.
Fourth, the program would use for evaluation of parents such methods as their feedback, and awareness and participation, and for post-program evaluation such methods using the home correspondence as teacher''s observation, evaluation of children''s responses and portfolio.
Lastly, since the program developed by this study must be a pilot program, it is hoped that this study will be followed up by future studies which will test its effects during and after its operation. Besides, since parents'' needs were determined based not on a survey but on a literature review, future studies will be requested to determine their needs through a survey.
