Since the late 1990s, job insecurity has been frequently discussed and continues to increase their psychological state. These increases, particularly the problem of youth unemployment and the growing number of unemployed university graduates is a problem.
In this study of youth unemployment in Korea university students whose future course of action affects about will be investigated.
This empirical research is about the attitude of youth unemployment by the fourth grade of university. This research is based on the model set into a hypothesis, the hypothesis is verified results, and the following conclusion was captured.
First, cognitive attitudes and emotional attitudes of university students from the attitude of youth unemployment setting the course of unsafe behavior during the first job is not supported.
Second, cognitive attitudes and emotional attitudes of university students from the attitude of youth unemployment setting downward employment to the university students' job selection give a fairly significant influence on the behavior.
Third, cognitive attitudes and emotional attitudes of university students from the attitude of youth unemployment setting behavior of voluntary departures from the labor market during the job selection give a significant influence .

This analysis shows that youth unemployment is a social phenomenon, educated university students who behave in a downward course of the labor market, voluntary departures, and could see the trail. In addition, the employment of university students expected to be less than the entry level lowering effects in the workplace.
Based on the research results, a suggestions are as follows.
The country's current unemployment rate is reaching serious levels. The unemployment rate in the future of our country is important, especially the young, educated future generations of youth unemployment is high. These increases in the unemployment rate, educated youth for the future of our country is responsible for the socialization of young professional that can cause the loss of national identity.
