The main objective of this paper is to investigate the Recognition difference among social support, burnout of preschool teachers group(Integrated Class teacher & General Class)
The subject of this study is 168 teachers who are working at the daycare centers and kindergartens in pusan. Aquestionaire assessing their social support scale was modified by Im ji-hyong(2000) on the basis that developed by Park ji-won(1985). A burnout scale was modified for fitting our conditions on the basis by Kim Chung-Whie(1991) that Maslach Burnout Inventory.
The empirical results can be summarized as follows.
At first, there exists a difference from social support between the Integrated Class teachers and the General Class teachers and The General Class teachers seem to be supproted from community.
Secondly, the Integrated Class teacher are harder than the General Class teacher in burnout. Threre is meaningful difference from three factors- tired feeling, exhausted feeling, and deprivation of self-confidence.
Thirdly, in addition to this research, we made analysis based on former research, of each form of educational institution. We get the result that there must be meaningful difference that The National Preschool Teachers get higher support given by community.
At last, the results of the Correlation Analysis get negative correlation between burnout and social support.
