      The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of the moral developmental of justice and care perspective in the elementary school students.
      The main hypotheses to be answered were as follows:
      1. There will be significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by sexuality.
      2. There will be significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by grade.
      3. There will be significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by sexuality of teacher.
      4. There will be significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by moral propensity expectation of teacher.
      To verify the hypotheses, the investigation group consisted of 430 twelve classes of fore grades students whom are the students of S elementary school located in Chang won. And It measured moral judgment with moral judgment simple question sheets and answer sheet, which were adapted DIT(Defining Issues Test) of Rest for the level of elementary school students in Seoul National University.
      Main findings of the study were as follows:
      1) Hypothesis 1 was accepted. There is significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by sexuality.
      2) Hypothesis 2 was not accepted. There isn't significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by grade.
      3) Hypothesis 3 was not accepted. There isn't significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by sexuality of teacher.
      4) Hypothesis 4 was accepted. There is significant differences of moral development in elementary school students by moral propensity expectation of teacher.
      In conclusion, there is significant the difference of the moral development of justice and care perspective in the elementary school students by sexuality and moral propensity expectation of teacher. However, there isn't significant the difference of the moral developmental of justice and care perspective on the elementary school students by grade and sexuality of teacher.
