동계스포츠 지도자의 리더십유형에 따른 스포츠몰입 및 선수만족의 관계 = The Relationship between sport commitment and athletic satisfaction according to leadership style in winter sports

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to analysis the relationships between sport commitment and athletic satisfaction according to leadership style in winter sports.
The surveyed of this research was selected from college students who were training for winter sports(ski, snowboard)in 2005-2006 season as a population and then total 320(80 each of men and women)of 4 skiing grounds in Gyonggi and Gangwon regions were chosen in the way of stratified clusyer random sampling.
Through the questionnaire, 35 were excluded whose answers were judged insincere and a part of survey ci\ontents of whose were omitted, and then the remainders of 285 were surveyed to find out the relation between a leadership style and sport commitment and athletic satisfaction with the metho of independent specimen t-test, one way-ANOVA, multiple regression analysis.
