    This study is aimed which it sees the education environment of 21 century was combined the IT and studied plan to application cyber museum as centering lerner-oriented education environment. And, it suggests directions application plan of cyber museum education as centering lerner-oriented education environment consequently.
    The chapter II of this study reviews the historical developments of the theories of museum education and analyzes the relevant learning theories. also, examined the concept and a feature of learning based IT. And, it discussed concept and quality of the cyber museum and regarding the education function of the cyber museum.
    The chapter III led and raised several points and a security points of in present condition of the cyber museum education of domestic based actual inside and outside of the country cyber museum education. It investigated the present condition cyber museum education of the United States, Great Britain and France as cyber museum education outside of the country. also investigated the present condition cyber museum education of National Science Museum, National Museum and Samsung Children's Museum as domestic. It compared in the result outside cyber museum education which tries to observe the inside and outside of the country cyber museum education present condition and the vulnerability where the domestic cyber museum education with serviceability is many with technique it was visible.
    The chapter IV developed, presented the hazard analysis frame which analyzes the inside and outside of the country cyber museum education present condition in that analysis frame and the inside and outside of the country cyber museum education environment and it followed comparison it analyzed. It and in base it presented it proposed the problem point of domestic cyber museum education environment and the cyber museum education application plan as studying sleeping center education environment.
    First, it does to be a level star studying space in the studying sleeping center. Must be an actual and integrated studying space from second, contents and composition. Third, original and must be a space of fortune studying activity in interest. fourth, must provide abundant the studying data connected with a studying activity. Must be a market of fifth, continuous participation induction and community formation.
    Becoming the place base which constructs the learning environment of like this cyber museum education the spectator center, namely, is to centering lerner-oriented education environment. When it arranges the concrete plan for the cyber museum education environment of domestic with the base which will reach with after words it is same.
    Must prepare the studying activity which first, it follows in the object which is various fractionation anger of age, it materializes and must construct the professionalization of the contents.
    The subject which has been second, studying sleeping real life and the fire tube approach must be possible in integrated studying territory, it applies the most up-to-date IT technique and must prepare the studying activity which is actual learning process and realism.
    Every the third, museum must develop studying which is various had become quality anger, there will be density of studying subject and su the toe li it will strengthen and from the fragmentary thing it will escape and studying could be continued in order, the series development is necessary.
    To be right the type and contents of data must be appropriate in the fourth, studying object. The young this object to hit to ramyon him and to be easy to re-Miss it will be able to understand in order, must do, it will be able to search the data information which is abundant in order, must prepare the relation web site course which is various.
    Fifth, studying it sleeps and with museum specialist for or studying the space and the notice board for the community formation which the wild for to sleep is active must be prepared. Also it forms the smallness group which is connected with a studying activity and in order and to sprout leyk the mote pu one studying to happen, must do, in order it induces with actual museum studying and the positive participation and continuous studying to happen, must do.
