부모애착과 친구관계의 질에 따른 아동의 갈등해결전략

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 아동에게 발생하는 갈등상황에서 부모애착과, 친구관계의 질이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적에 따라 성별, 연령, 부모애착, 친구관계의 질이 갈등해결전략에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다.
이를 위해 인천과 경기지역에서 임의로 초6, 중2, 고2를 선정해 200부씩 총 600부의 설문지를 조사하였다. 불성실한 설문지를 제외한 총 561부의 설문지를 본 연구에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN(10.0 version)프로그램으로 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, T검증, 일원변량분석, 피어슨의 상관관계, 위계적 중다회귀분석으로 통계처리 하였다.
주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 부모애착은 성별에 따라 어머니의 의사소통이 유의한 차이를 보였고, 연령에 따라서는 부모의 소외감이 유의한 차이를 보였다. 친구관계의 질은 성별에 따라 정서적 안정, 신뢰, 만족감이 유의한 차이를 보였고, 연령에 따라서는 정서적 안정, 도움, 친밀감, 인정이 유의한 차이를 보였다. 갈등해결전략은 성별에 따라서 유의한 차이가 없었다. 한편 연령에 따라서는 절충 및 협력전략, 양보전략, 회피전략, 지배전략이 유의한 차이를 보였다.
둘째, 친구 간 갈등해결전략과 부모애착 및 친구관계의 상관관계에서 절충 및 협력전략은 아버지의 신뢰감과 의사소통, 어머니의 신뢰감과 의사소통, 친구 간 정서적 안정, 신뢰, 도움, 친밀감, 인정, 교제의 즐거움, 만족감과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 회피전략은 정서적 안정, 신뢰, 도움, 친밀감, 인정, 교제의 즐거움, 아버지 의사소통, 어머니의 신뢰감과 의사소통, 친구 간 정서적 안정, 신뢰, 도움, 친밀감, 인정, 교제의 즐거움, 만족감과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 지배전략은 아버지의 신뢰감과 의사소통, 어머니의 신뢰감과 의사소통, 친구 간 도움, 친밀감, 인정, 갈등, 경쟁과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다.
셋째, 아동의 성별, 연령, 부모 애착, 친구관계의 질이 갈등해결전략에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아본 결과 절충 및 협력전략은 어머니와 신뢰로운 관계를 유지하고, 친구들과 정서적으로 안정되고, 신뢰롭고, 친밀감이 높고, 인정이 많으며 친구 간 경쟁을 하지 않는 아동일수록 절충 및 협력전략을 통해 갈등을 해결하려는 것을 알 수 있었다. 회피전략은 초등학생이 더 높게 이용하며, 어머니와 소외감을 느끼는 아동일수록 회피전락도 높게 사용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 양보전략은 여학생과 초등학생이 더 높게 이용하며 친구관계에서 도움과 인정을 높게 형성하는 아동일수록 양보전략도 높게 사용한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 지배전략은 여자 아동이 더 활발히 이용하며 친구 간 친밀감이 높고 갈등과 경쟁심이 많은 아동일수록 지배전략을 더 높게 사용하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
연구 결과에 대한 논의 및 제언은 갈등으로 인해 어려움을 겪고 있는 아동을 위해 부모관계 및 친구관계의 특징을 살펴보아 부모 교육 자료와 이들의 중재를 위한 기초자료의 측면에서 제시되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study (1) The difference which it follows in sex and age of quality and discord solution strategy of parents attachment and friend relationship, (2) Interrelation of quality and discord solution strategy of parents attachment and friend relationship, and (3) The effect where the quality of sex, age, parents attachment and friend relationship goes mad to a discord solution strategy.
Subjects were Elementary school, junior high school and high school in Inch'on and Kyonggi province. The date from questionnaires were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, T-test, One-Way ANOVA, correlation analysis, Numerous regression analysis and reliability analysis.
The major findings obtained from this study were as follows: First, Parents attachment sex doctor being understood of the mother is different, age the parents sense of alienation is different. Quality of friend relationship sex emotional stability, trust and sense of satisfaction difference charge, age emotional stability, help, intimate feeling and human nature difference charge. Discord solution strategy sex there was not a difference. Age negotiation and cooperative strategy, concession strategy, evasion strategy and dominative strategy difference charge.
Second, The negotiation and cooperative strategy trust feeling, doctor being understood, friend for emotional stability, trust, help, intimate feeling, human nature and association of trust feeling, doctor being understood and the mother of the father was joyful from question interrelation of friend for discord solution strategy and parents attachment and friend relationship, there was a sense of satisfaction and a higher officer. The evasion strategy emotional stability, trust, help, intimate feeling, human nature and association was joyful, there was a sense of satisfaction and a discord higher officer. The concession strategy trust feeling, doctor being understood, emotional stability, trust, help, intimate feeling, human nature and association of trust feeling, doctor being understood and the mother of the father was joyful, there was a sense of satisfaction and a higher officer. The dominative strategy was father trust feeling, doctor being understood, mother trust feeling, doctor being understood, help, intimate feeling, human nature, discord, competition and the higher officer.
Third, Sex of child, age, parents attachment, the quality of friend relationship what kind of effect should have gone mad to a discord solution strategy, it examined. The negotiation and cooperative strategy when the elementary student discord solving, used a negotiation and cooperative strategy more highly, the mother and trust, the friends and it was stabilized, the trust and intimate feeling were high, the human nature was many. Also child one recording negotiation and cooperative do not compete strategy it led and it solves a discord the possibility of knowing the thing it was. The evasion strategy the schoolgirl and the elementary student uses a discord solution hour evasion strategy more highly. Also it felt the mother and a sense of alienation and the evasion strategic map it uses it knew the thing highly. The concession strategy used the schoolgirl and the elementary student more highly. Also the child where the help and human nature are high from friend relationship knew the concession strategic map uses highly. The dominative strategy used the female child and the high student more actively. Also the friend and intimate feeling are high and the child where the discord and competitive spirit are many used a dominative strategy more highly.
