여가무용 지도자의 교수방법 형성에 관한 근거이론적 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현대인들의 여가생활 중 하나인 신체적 여가활동 영역 중 여가무용분야를 이끌어 나가는 여가무용지도자에 관한 질적연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 ‘근거이론’을 바탕으로 여가무용지도자의 교수방법의 형성과정과 원인에 대해 분석하여 이론적 모형을 제시함으로 여가교육의 전문성 확립을 위한 프로그램 및 교과목 개발의 기초를 제공하는 데 있다.본 연구의 목적을 위해 무용경력 10년 이상으로 전문성을 갖추었으며, 연구자의 연구활동에 호의적이며 적극적인 자세를 유지하는 서울 및 경기지역의 여가무용지도자 6명을 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정 된 연구참여자들은 각 2회의 심층면담 및 참여관찰을 실시하여 분석의 자료로 사용하였다. 연구자료의 타당도와 신뢰도를 높이기 위해 다양한 문헌을 수집하였고, 현잘 관찰을 비디오로 녹화하여 분석 자료로 사용하였으며, 연구다이어리 및 관찰일지를 사용하였다. 뿐만 아니라 여러 차례 전문가의 검증을 받았으며, 연구참여자의 재확인을 받았다.이렇게 수집된 자료는 전사를 거쳐 Strauss & Corbin(1990, 1998)의 ‘근거이론’ 분석방법에 따라 ‘개방코딩’, ‘축코딩’, ‘선택코딩’의 과정으로 여가무용지도자의 교수방법 형성 과정에 대한 결과를 도출하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다.첫째, 전사된 자료를 통해 총 145개의 개념을 선택, 그 의미의 유사성에 따라 전공의 한계, 개인적 만족, 경제적 이유, 수업의 한계, 경제적 이유, 자존감, 건강의 중요성 증대, 여가시간의 증가, 여가무용의 대중화, 한계성, 교육, 답습, 경험, 전문성, 사회의 비판적 시각, 시설의 부족, 체계성의 부족, 동호회 활동, 대외 활동, 시설의 확대, 보급증대, 전문적 프로그램 모색, 즐겁게 일함, 참고 유지, 지침 등의 하위범주 25개, 여가무용지도자가 된 원인, 교수방식이 있게 된 원인, 여가와 여가무용에 대한 변화된 사회, 자기능력의 한계 인식, 자신만의 독특한 교수방법의 발견, 사회적 인식, 제도적 환경, 교류영역확대, 사회적 제도, 교수방법 탐색, 적극적으로 수업에 임함, 이직을 고려함 등의 상위범주 12개로 범주화시켰다.둘째, 인과적 조건, 맥락적 조건, 중심현상, 중재적 조건, 작용/상호작용, 결과의 6가지의 패러다임 축으로 각 범주들이 서로 어떠한 관계를 가지고 있는지 규명하였다. 본 연구에서는 자신만의 독특한 교수법 발견이라는 중심현상과 이에 영향을 미치는 여가무용지도자가 된 원인과 교수방법이 있게 된 원인의 인과적 조건, 그리고 여가와 여가무용에 대한 변화된 사회, 자기능력의 한계인식의 맥락적 조건, 교류영역 확대, 사회적 제도의 작용/상호작용에 촉진적 역할 혹은 방해의 역할을 담당하는 사회적 인식과 제도적 환경의 중재적 조건으로 나타났으며, 이에 따른 결과로 교수방법의 탐색, 적극적으로 수업에 임함, 이직을 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 축은 다시 속성과 차원으로 정리하였고, 이러한 자료를 바탕으로 여가무용지도자의 교수방법 형성과정을 ‘기대단계’ - ‘자존감 손상단계’ - ‘갈등단계’ - ‘새로운 탐색단계’ - ‘교수방법 생성단계’ - ‘적응단계’ 의 총 6단계로 나타낼 수 있었다.셋째, 전체적인 이야기 윤곽의 전개를 통해 ‘갈등수용을 통한 새로운 교수방법의 형성’이라는 핵심범주를 도출하였다. 이러한 핵심범주를 맥락적 조건과 중재적조건의 속성과 차원에서 가설적 정형화 과정을 거쳐 5개의 가설적 진술문을 확보하였고, 이를 유형화 하여 ‘의존·유지형’과 ‘탐구·창조형’으로 명명하였다.본 연구는 그동안의 기존 연구들과는 달리 연구참여자들의 깊이 있는 면담내용을 연구자료를 사용하여 여가무용지도자의 교수방법형성에 관한 전 과정에 대해 교수방법의 형성과정이 다양한 조건에 영향을 받아 형성됨을 분명히 하여 이에 대한 유형화를 시도하였다는 점에서 의의를 들 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was a qualitative study on the recreational dance instructors who lead the recreation dance field. The purpose of this study was to analyze the construction process and cause of teaching method of the recreational dance instructor on the basis of the 'grounded theory' to present the theoretical model in a way of providing the foundation of the program and curriculum development for establishing the recreation education.For the purpose of this study, six recreational dance instructors from the Seoul and Gyeon-gi areas who have specialization in dancing for 10 years or longer and positive attitude in the research activities were selected. These selected research participants were implemented in two in-depth interviews and used the participant observation to use as the analysis data. In order to heighten the feasibility and reliability of the research data, various documents were gathered, and the on-site observations were recorded in video to use the analysis data, and research diary and observation daily were also used. Furthermore, researcher's process had the verification from the experts several times with the re-confirmation of the participants on the study.The data gathered as above formulated the result on the formation process of the teaching method of the recreational dance instructors as the process of 'open coding', 'axial coding', and 'selective coding' in accordance with the analysis method of the 'grounded theory of Strauss & Corbin (1990, 1998)', and the result is shown as follows.Firstly, through the available data, it selected a total of 145 concepts, to make the categories of majoring along the similarity of meaning, personal satisfaction, economic reason, limit of class, economic reason, pride, increase in importance of health, increase of recreational time, popularity of recreational time, its limit, education, copying, specialty, critical view of society, lack of facilities, insufficient system, community activity, external activity, expansion of facilities, increase in dispersion, searching for specialized program, enjoy in working, and reference maintenance for 25 sub-categories as well as the cause to become a recreational dance instructor, the cause to make the teaching method, the changed society on recreation and recreational dancing, the recognition in limit on the competency, the discovery of unique teaching method, the social perception, the systematic environment, the expansion of exchange territory, the social system, the search for teaching method, and positive class concentration and work transfer as the 12 upper categories.Secondly, with the six paradigm axes of causal conditional, context, phenomenon, intervening conditions, action / interaction strategies, and consequences, it clarifies what kind of relationship would each of these categories forms and develops. In this study, it was shown with the center phenomenon in unique teaching method of her own, and the cause of becoming a recreational dance instructor, cause and effect condition to have the teaching method, and the changed society on the recreation and recreational dancing, context condition of the recognition in limit on the competency, expansion of exchange territory, catalyst role or role of interference in action/interaction on social system with the social perception and systematic environment in intervening condition, and as a result, it considers for searching of teaching method, positive class concentration and work transfer. This type of axis is cleared again with the attributes and dimension, and on the basis of such data, the formation process of the teaching method of the recreational dancing teacher can be shown in a total of six stages; 'expectation stage' - 'pride damage stage' - 'conflict stage' - 'new search stage' - 'teaching method formulation stage' - 'adaptation stage'.And, thirdly, through undertaking the overall story outline, it formulated the core category of 'formation of new teaching method through the acceptance of conflict'. Such a core category is secured with five hypothetical statement through the hypothetical formulation under the attributes and level of context condition and intervening condition, and by solidifying the finding it, the names of 'dependent ·maintenance-type' and 'search · creative-type'.The implication of this study was that it used the study data with the in-depth interviews with the participants to the study, unlike other studies done to this point, to clarify that the construction process of the teaching method on entire process on the teaching method formation for the recreational dance instructor with the diverse conditions and attempted to solidify on the point.
