적극적 부모역할 훈련 프로그램이 어머니의 양육효능감과 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 적극적 부모역할 훈련 프로그램이 어머니의 양육효능감 및 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 구미시에 위치한 두 개의 어린이집에 재원중인 40명의 유아기 자녀를 둔 어머니를 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단을 구성하였다. 실험집단은 적극적 부모역할 훈련프로그램을 8주간 8회 실시하였으며, 통제집단은 그러지 않았다. 프로그램 실시 전후에 어머니의 양육효능감과 양육스트레스와 부모역할 자유기고 설문지를 검사하였다. 적극적 부모역할 훈련 프로그램 중 회기별 가족 화목 활동 반응의 변화를 사례를 중심으로 공변량 분석 (ANCOVA)과 내용분석을 하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 적극적 부모역할 훈련 프로그램을 통하여 어머니의 양육효능감이 증진 되었으며, 또한 어머니의 양육스트레스가 감소되었음이 입증되었다. 또한 어머니의 부모역할 내용 변화를 알아보기 위해 어머니의 질문지의 반응을 분석한 결과 어머니의 양육태도, 자녀 양육에 필요한 지식과 기술, 의사소통 면에서도 효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 적극적 부모역할 훈련 프로그램 활동 중 가족화목 활동을 분석한 결과 자녀와의 관계증진 면에서도 효과가 있었다.
이러한 연구 결과는 적극적 부모역할 활동이 어머니의 양육효능감을 증진시키고 양육스트레스를 감소시킬 수 있는 효과적인 활동이며 어머니도 적극적 부모역할 훈련 프로그램을 통하여 부모역할을 향상 시킬 수 있음을 밝혀주는 것이다. 또한 가족 화목 활동도 부모자녀와 관계를 향상시키는 활동으로 활용 가능함을 시사한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study were to examine the effects Active Parenting Programs on mother's parenting efficacy and rearing stress. An experimental group and a control group consisted of mothers of 40 children at 2 kindergartens in Gumi city. An experimental Group participated in the training of Active Parenting Programs into practice 8 times for 8 weeks while a control group didn't. And the mothers' questionnaires were examined in parenting self-efficacy and rearing stress before and after conducting these programs. Among the entities of Active Parenting Programs, changes of the activities for family concord per period were in the middle to the analysis of covariate(ANCOVA) and the contents.
These were the findings: First, these programs show improvement of parenting self-efficacy and reduction of rearing stress. Besides, in the analysis of the mothers’ questionnaires used to find out the changes of the contents of parenting they also work on rearing attitude, knowledge and skills, communication and stress. Finally, the activities for family concord prove to have an impact on better relationships between parents and children. The results from this research clarify Active Parenting activities are efficient in promoting parenting self-efficacy and declining rearing stress of mothers so that mothers can play their role much better through these programs. It also suggests that the activities for family concord can be a good way to improve the relationships between family members as well.
