에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담이 청소년들의 대인관계와 학교생활적응에 미치는 효과 = (The) effect that how the group counsel applying the enneagram affects the human relation and the adaption of school life for periodically sensative juveniles

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담이 민감한 청소년기에 부모와의 관계, 교사와의 관계, 친구와의 관계에 어떠한 영향을 주는지와 청소년들의 주요 생활의 장인 학교생활적응에 얼마만큼 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 실시되었다.
이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 다음과 같은 가설이 설정되었다.
첫째, 에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담을 받은 학생들이 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 대인관계 점수가 향상될 것이다.
둘째, 에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담을 받은 학생들이 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 학교생활적응 점수가 향상될 것이다.
셋째, 에니어그램 검사결과 대인관계와 학교생활 적응에서는 통합방향으로 나타난 학생들이 분열방향으로 나타난 학생들보다 사전-사후검사에서 유의미한 차이를 나타낼 것이다.
본 연구의 대상은 충남 예산군에 소재한 S고등학교에 재학 중인 1학년 중 무작위로 추출한 여학생 30명을 대상으로 하였다.
본 연구에서 사용한 에니어그램은 윤운성(2001)이 제작한 한국형 에니어그램 검사 도구로 매주 2회씩 총 10회기로 2005년 9월 30일부터 11월 5일까지 실시하였다.
본 연구에서 청소년들의 대인관계와 학교생활적응 향상을 알아보기 위해서 자기평가 및 프로그램 검사지를 사용하였는데 본 연구 측정도구의 신뢰도를 검증한 결과 대인관계에서 Cronbach α가 0.88, 학교생활적응이 0.88로 나타나서 본 연구의 측정도구는 신뢰할만한 수준임을 알 수 있다.
본 연구의 결과를 연구문제별로 요약하면 다음과 같다.
첫째, 에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담을 받은 학생들이 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 대인관계의 모든 하위영역 부모와의 관계, 교사와의 관계, 친구와의 관계가 유의미한 수준으로 향상되었다.
둘째, 에니어그램의 집단상담을 받은 학생들이 사전검사보다 사후검사에서 학교생활적응력이 향상되었다.
셋째, 에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담을 받은 학생들이 사전검사보다 사후검사에서의 대인관계는 분열집단이 통합집단보다 대인관계 향상 정도가 높았으나 통계적으로는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 따라서, 분열집단과 통합집단에 따라 에니어그램 활용은 대인관계에 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있다. 학교생활 적응에서는 통합집단이 분열집단보다 에니어그램을 활용한 후에 학교생활 적응 향상 정도가 높았으며, 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 따라서 통합집단이 분열집단보다 에니어그램을 활용한 후에 학교생활 적응 향상 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고 분열집단과 통합집단에 따라 에니어그램 활용이 학교생활 적응에 영향을 미침을 알 수 있다.
이상으로 살펴본 바와 같이 에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담 프로그램은 청소년들의 부모, 교사, 친구들과의 대인관계와 학교생활적응에 긍정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다. 또한 분열집단과 통합집단이 대인관계에서는 그다지 영향을 주고 있지 않지만 학교생활적응에는 영향을 주고 있음을 알 수 있다.
그러므로 청소년들의 대인관계 향상과 학교적응을 위해서는 자기이해 및 타인이해를 바탕으로 하는 에니어그램을 활용한 집단상담이 청소년들에게 유익한 집단상담이 될 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The object of this research is to know that how the group counsel applying the Enneagram affects the human relations among parent, teachers, friends and the student and the adaption of their school life for periodically sensative juveniles.
To achieve the object of this research, the hypothesis as follows was settled.
First, the students receiving a group counsel through Enneagram will be improved in the level of human relations in after examination rather than before examination.
Second, the students receiving a collective counsel through Enneagram will be improved the level of adaption of school life after examination rather than before examination.
Third, the students appeared on integral direction rather than split direction in the human relations and adaption of school life will give a meaningful difference in before-after examanation.
This research was carried on the 30 students of the first year in high school located in Chung-nam Yesan.
The tool of this research was a Korean-Enneagram invented by professor Youn Yun Sung, and the investigations for this research were carried on over total 10 every twice a week from September 30, 2005 to November 5, 2005.
To investigate the improvement of the human relation and adaption in school life of juveniles, self assesment and the paper of program test were used.
The tool of measurement in this research is reliable, because the numerical value of ‘Cronbach ’ in human relation and level of adaption in school life was each 0.88 more than 0.50 in the verification about reliability of the tool of measurement.
The following are summeries of results according to each issues.
First, the students received a group counsel through Enneagram were improved as a meaningful level on relations among parent, teachers and friends which are a subordinate territory of human relations in after examination rather than before examination.
Second, the ability of adaption for school life to the students received a group council through Enneagram was improved after examination rather than before examination.
Third, the degree of improvement in human relations of the students received a group counsel through Enneagram is higher in split rather than integration, but statistically, this result did not show up meaningful differences.
So, the applying Enneagram according to split or integration had not influence on human relations of juveniles.
At adaption of school life, split rather than integration was higher in degree of improvement of the adaption in school life after applying Enneagram, and statistically, this result showed up a meaningful difference.
So, It was appeared that split rather than integration was higher in degree of improvement of the adaption in school life after applying Enneagram, and the applying Ennegram according to split or integration had influence on the adaption in school life of juveniles.
As stated above, the collectively counseling program applying Enneagram had affirmative influence on the human relation among parent, teachers ,friends and the student and the adaption of school life to juveniles.
After all, in order to improve the human relations and adaption to school life for periodically sensitive juveniles, we had to make full use of Enneagram, which is the tool of analyzing characteristic type based on understang of self and others, to counsel with juveniles.
