    The purpose of this study is to study about improvement for cooperation between a technical high school and industry
    To achieve this purpose, the following research problems were examined.
    First, how about actual conditions of cooperation between technical high school and industry in Chollabuk-do?
    Second, what is problem of cooperation between technical high school and industry in Chollabuk-do?
    Third, what is improvement of cooperation between technical high school and industry in Chollabuk-do?
    For these research problems, 270 technical high school teachers in Chollabuk-do province are randomly sampled as the research subjects. The content of the response is analyzed statistically through percentage and average and standard deviation by using SPSS/PC +11.0 program.
    The results of this study are concluded as follows:
    Actual conditions of cooperation between technical high school and industry is as following. Equipment infra of cooperation education between technical high school and industry in Chollabuk-do is inferior.
    School corporation was not operated. Cooperation between school and industry is examined to be valuable when it can aid students's employment. Participation and support activity of managers of school and teacher's support activity is examined to be higher than central government's, local government's, and corporation's support activity.
    According to question investigation result, spot practice system affects affirmative student's employment.
    The other side, It is examined that more than majority of the research subjects thought that 2.1 systems program influences contradictorily.
    Problem of cooperation between technical high school and industry is as follows.
    First, support policy is unprepared.
    Second, cooperation policy between industry and school is undifferentiated.
    Third, legal support for cooperation should be prepared.
    Fourth, there is no standard guide book.
    Fifth, it is strategy insufficiency and shortage of funds.
    Sixth, industry and technical high school must trust each other.
    Seventh, participation of industry is not active.
    Eighth, curriculum and teaching material development that industry demand is reflected are insufficient.
    Ninth, Order education strategy is less and is not propeled well.
    Tenth, support of industry for technical high school students is lacking.
    Eleventh, 2.1 systems and spot practice program operation are going wrong.
    Improvement way of cooperation education between industry and school is as following.
    First, it must become cooperation of educational purpose. The purpose of cooperation is in student's spot ability education. While, correct education should be achieved on request of industry.
    Second, reform with industry and school must give profit to technical high school and industry all.
    Third, cooperation between industry and school is activated when social system was made.
    Fourth, cooperation also between industry and school must be able to contribute in balanced development of area.
    Fifth, cooperation system of technical high school must be different from the education of upper organs of education.
