사회적 지지와 자아 존중감이 아동의 학교생활 적응에 미치는 영향 = (The) Effect of Social Support Perceived by Children and Self-Esteem on School Life Adaptation

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study, to investigate how social support and self-esteem effect children's school life adaptation, step regression method was performed. For the study 180 elementary school students living in Gohyoung and Sunchon city province were asked to do an inventory.
Research results from this study is like these;
First, the result shows that according to children's living area and school record, they have different social support and self-esteem. however, there was no difference in school life adaptation.
The second study was to identify the general effect of social support( parents' support, teacher's support, friends's support) and self-esteem on school life adaptation and its factors.
1) The main factor on school life adaptation correlated in order of teacher's support, friends's support, self-esteem, and parent's support.
2) The main factor on general adaptation correlated in order of parent's support, self-esteem, and friends's support.
3) The main factor on adaptation of teacher correlated in order of teacher's support and friend's support.
4) The main factor on class attitude adaptation correlated in order of teacher's support, self-esteem, and parent's support.
5) The main factor on adaptation of school rules correlated in order of teacher's support, and friend's support.
6) The main factor on friendship adaptation correlated in order of friend's support, self-esteem and teacher's support.
7) The main factor on school events adaptation correlated in order of teacher's support, parent's support and friend's support.
Based on these results, issue of elementary school student's school adaptation was discussed and suggestion about the further study was stated.
