전래동화를 활용한 통합적 독서프로그램이 아동의 정서지능과 창의성에 미치는 영향 : 초등학교 5학년을 대상으로 = (The) impact of an integrated reading program with fairy tales on children's emotional intelligence and creativity

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 초등학교 5학년을 대상으로 전래동화를 활용한 통합적 독서프로그램이 아동의 정서지능과 창의성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다.
연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정된 연구 과제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 전래동화를 활용한 통합적 독서프로그램은 아동의 정서지능에 유의미한 영향을 미치는가?
둘째, 전래동화를 활용한 통합적 독서프로그램은 아동의 창의성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는가?
본 연구의 대상은 강원도 S시 소재 S초등학교 5학년 2개 학급으로, 실험 집단 1개 학급 35명, 통제 집단 1개 학급 35명으로 총 70명으로 하였다.실험 처치 기간은 2006년 4월 3일부터 5월 10일까지 5주간으로, 주 2회 40분씩 총 10차시의 수업을 실시하였다.
본 연구의 효과를 검증하기 위해, 사전 사후에 각각 정서지능 검사와 창의성 검사를 실시하여 그 차이 검증을 하였다.
연구 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 전래동화를 활용한 통합적 독서프로그램은 정서지능의 하위 요인 중 정서인식, 정서표현, 정서조절 능력 향상에 효과가 있었다. 그러나 감정이입과 정서활용 능력에서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.
둘째, 전래동화를 활용한 통합적 독서프로그램은 창의성의 하위 요인 중 유창성, 독창성, 정교성 향상에 효과가 있었다.
결론적으로 전래동화를 활용한 통합적 독서프로그램을 적용했을 때 초등학교 5학년 학생의 정서지능과 창의성 향상에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of an integrated reading program with fairy tales on children's emotionalintelligence and creativity of 5th-grade students in elementary school.
The questions of this study were as follows:
First, does the integrated reading program with fairy tales have significant effects on children's emotional intelligence?
Second, does the integrated reading program with fairy tales have significant effects on children's creativity?
The subjects of this study were total 70 students from two classes of the 5th grade in 'S' elementary school located in 'S' city.
To verify the effect of this study, test for the emotional intelligence and the creativity was conducted twice to see if there were any significant differences between before and after it was implemented.
The results of this study were as follows:
First, the integrated reading program with fairy tales had meaningful effects on the five emotional capabilities of which include recognizing capability, expressible capability, controlling capability.
Second, the integrated reading program with fairy tales had meaningful effects on developing fluency, originality and elaboration.
Finally, it was concluded that the integrated reading program with fairy tales could influence on the emotional intelligence and creativity of elementary school students.
