시지각 훈련 프로그램이 뇌성마비 아동의 쓰기속도에 미치는 효과

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구는 시지각 훈련 프로그램이 뇌성마비아동의 쓰기속도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 실시하였다.
본 연구에서는 3명의 뇌성마비아동에 대하여 시지각 훈련 프로그램이 뇌성마비아동의 시지각 능력향상에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 사전·사후설계에 의해 치료전·후를 평가하여 진전정도를 살펴보았다. 또한 시지각 훈련 프로그램이 뇌성마비아동의 쓰기속도에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위해 대상자간 중다기초선 설계를 사용하였다.
시지각 훈련 프로그램이 뇌성마비아동의 시지각 능력 및 쓰기속도에 미치는 효과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 시지각 훈련 프로그램은 뇌성마비아동의 시지각 능력의 모든 영역에서 효과적이었다. 특히 A아동은 눈-손협응, 시각운동속도 영역에서, B아동은 눈-손협응, 도형배경, 시각통합 영역에서, C아동은 눈-손협응, 시각운동속도 영역에서 효과적이었으며, 사전 검사에서 가장 발달된 영역이 사후 검사에서도 가장 높은 점수를 얻었으며 눈-손협응 영역에서는 대상아동 세명 모두 효과적이었다.
둘째, 시지각 훈련 프로그램은 뇌성마비아동의 쓰기속도를 향상시켰다. 시지각 훈련 프로그램을 뇌성마비아동에게 실시한 후 쓰기속도의 향상을 기초선, 중재, 유지 단계에서 평가하여 비교해 본 결과 대상자 모두 기초선 단계와 비교하여 중재기간동안 지속적으로 쓰기속도가 빨라졌다.
따라서 시지각 훈련 프로그램은 뇌성마비아동의 시지각 능력 및 쓰기속도의 향상에 효과적이다.
뇌성마비아동에게 시지각 훈련 프로그램을 통한 쓰기속도의 관련성을 밝힌 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 다음과 같이 제언을 하고자 한다.
첫째, 본 연구는 시지각 훈련 프로그램이 쓰기속도에 미치는 효과에 대해 적용 대상을 취학전 아동 3명의 뇌성마비아동에 대해서만 그 효과를 밝힌 것이므로 연구 대상의 범위를 초등부, 중등부, 고등부 등으로 확대 실시하여 학부별 그 효과의 정도를 밝히는 후속 연구가 계속 되었으면 한다.
둘째, 본 연구는 경직형 아동을 대상으로 실시하였으므로 본 연구의 결과만으로 뇌성마비아동의 쓰기속도의 효과를 규정할 수는 없다. 그러므로 후속 연구로는 장애 영역별 연구대상을 확대실시하여 그 효과를 밝힐 수 있는 후속연구가 계속 되었으면 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between increase of visual perception ability and handwriting rate of cerebral palsied children, and detail purpose are as follows;
First, to study the effect of visual perception training program on increase of each region of visual perception ability.
Second, to study the effect of visual perception training program on handwriting rate of cerebral palsied children.
As for the method of this study, pre and post test of visual perception program targetting three of preschool cerebral palsied children have been implemented to know it's effect on improvement of visual perception program of cerebral palsied children.
Multiple baseline across subjects have been also used to know visual perception program's effect on handwriting rate of cerebral palsied children.
And the result was gotten as follows;
First, visual perception training is effective in all region of visual perception of cerebral palsied children.
Second, visual perception training is effective for handwriting rate for them.
For later study, I'd like to suggest as follows;
First, the region of this study should be expanded to elementary school, middle school, and high school, and effect should be revealed as their school grade.
Second, number of object children should be expanded, so as to study the specialty of handwriting rate according to their handicapped region.
