물류센터 평가모형 개발에 관한 연구 = A Study on the Development of Evaluation Method for Logistics Center

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is developing evaluation method to measure and assess the level and capability of logistics center operation by selecting factors for rating performance and defining each with reasonable criteria. The factors for rating performance were categorized by quantitative and qualitative categorized and detailed indicators were developed. Quantitative indicators are productivity in warehouse operation, inventory turnover, inventory accuracy, and shipping accuracy. Qualitative indicators are infrastructural and operational ones which enable proper functioning of logistics center operations. Moreover AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method was applied to weight weighting relative importance among indicators to finalize structured evaluative model. And then the result of this study was applied to one of current logistics centers finding out and quantifying the operational status of it.
This evaluation method has widely applicable core indicators and understandable evaluating method followed by suggestions of improvement on the points at issue. So the results of this study could be practically?applied to respective fields under various conditions efficiently.
