地域祝祭 서비스品質이 訪問客의 感情, 滿足 및 行動意圖에 미치는 影響 : 豊基人蔘祝祭를 中心으로 = Service quality of local festival influencing visitor's affect, satisfaction and their behavioral intention : with emphasis on Ponggi Ginseng festival

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This research inspected the service quality of local festival influencing visitors' affect, satisfaction and their behavioral intention through the strucual equation by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 4.01 program. It has conducted a questionnaire research for the visotors of the Ponggi Ginseng Festival from 29th Sep. to 30th Oct.2006. The result of this research proved that the service quality (experimental, physical, on-process) of local festival influenced visitors' pleasure and satisfaction partially and it analyzed that pleasure significantly influences on satisfaction and pleasure and satisfaction on behavioral intention. It is necessay to note experimental quality and on-process quality for service quality of local festival to influence significnatly on pleasure and satisfaction. Especially, it is necessary to develop varoius programs for visitors of multitudes such as friends and/or lovers, couples and/or families of Ponggi Ginseng Festival. In conclusion, epoch-making complement replacing the existing service quality is necessary to increase the visitors' pleasur and satisfaction.
