As the result of categorizing life styles before verifying hypotheses, it was found that life style type A was characterized by task-oriented one. They liked leisure and valued schoolworks without pursuing sport event or leisure so much. Life style type B was activity-oriented group. They valued a sense of membership and liked sport activities. They enjoyed joining small group or community activities, and liked academic schoolwork, but didn't like sport or leisure activities so much.
Based on these categorized life styles, the findings of hypothetic proof can be outlined as follows:
First, activity-oriented group in N generation valued price more out of attributes in selection of on-line shopping mall than any group else even in same generation. This group also valued reputation more out of those attributes than any other group even in same N generation. On the other hand, activity- and individual-oriented group valued delivery out of those attributes more than any other group in same N generation. In particular, the former group valued after-sales service out of those attributes more than any other group in N generation. And both activity- and individual -oriented group in N generation valued product variety and information out of those attributes more than any other group in same N generation.
Second, activity-oriented group in N generation put more stress on the value and advantages of shopping than any other group in N generation. On the other hand, individual-oriented group in N generation valued the interests in shopping more than any other group in same generation.
Third, activity-oriented group felt better customer satisfaction than any other group in same generation.
Finally, individual-oriented group showed higher customer loyalty than any other group in same generation.

Accordingly, it can be said to be important to be proceeded with positively coping by grasping their changes rapidly and correctly, and to be required a study on the online loyalty in N-generation, to do this.
