Based on the study results, conditions on further revitalization of the mentoring program are suggested as follows: First, in consideration of a lack of specialized counseling centers for youths, the nation needs to revitalize university-based mentoring programs as a part of social work program through the use of community social welfare centers and youth counselling centers. Toward this end, continuous interest, systemized case discussions and supervising activities are needed. Second, specialized counseling centers in community where students can get help need to be established in addition to counselors at school and specialized counselors for youths need to be educated and nurtured.
