한국어 관용표현의 교수-학습 방법 개선에 대한 연구 = A Study of Improvement on the Teaching and Learning Method about the Korean Common Useful Expression

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In the early days, people had researched into the education of grammar, writing, reading but these days, emphasis on the education of culture through language teaching as well as the education of culture in the Korean language education.
We can do well the education of language and culture through the Korean common useful expression.
The purpose of this study is to find the improvement on the teaching and learning method about the Korean common useful expression for foreign learners.
In chapter 2, examined the conception and generative cause of Korean common useful expression. We need to establish a clear and accurate conception of Korean common useful expression for teachers and learners because most people mistake common useful expression for proverb, maxim, and the like.
In chapter 3, examined the type of Korean common useful expression through the analysis on the textbooks of Korean language. And executed question investigation for foreign learners to have knowledge on Korean common useful expression little or much. Question investigation also contains frequency in use, learners' understanding, learning contents etc. on the Korean common useful expression.
In chapter 4, discussed about directions of improvement on the problems in the education of Korean common useful expression. And executed question investigation for native learners so as to know high frequency in use and devide several types among 「Korean proverb 100, Korean's common useful expression 100」selected by National Institute for International Education Development.
The requirements of effective education of Korean common useful expression can be summarized as follows.
First, classification of Korean common useful expression by levels(beginning level, middle level, high level).
Second, development of appropriate teaching methods and materials for the education of Korean common useful expression.
Third, development of textbooks in order to teach Korean common useful expression technically.
