성매매 피해여성들의 사회복귀를 위한 심리정서적 및 사회적지원의 평가연구 : 성매매를 탈피한 여성들을 중심으로 = Evaluation of Social, Psychological and Emotional Support for Resocialization of Female Victims of Sex Slavery

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 성매매방지법 시행이후 지난 1년간 성과 중 가장 많은 변화를 겪고 있는 분야가 바로 피해자의 자활지원으로, 이는 성매매 피해여성들이 시설을 이용하여 자립할 수 있을 때가지 심리정서적인 및 사회적지원이 얼마나 되고 있는지 평가해봄으로써 사회복귀에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 파악해보고자 하는데 목적을 두었다.
이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 설문지 조사 방법을 활용하였으며, 전국 35개의 성매매피해자 지원시설 중 일반 지원시설인 18개 시설의 서비스 수혜자들을 연구대상으로, 전화 문의하여 설문조사를 승낙한 시설 10개소에 2005년 11월 한 달간 실시되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 다중응답분석, 카이자승 검증, ANOVA, 상관분석, 회귀분석을 하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 심리정서적지원에서 치료 프로그램 중 가족상담이 사회복귀에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 사회적지원에서는 가족접촉에 있어 가족구성원 중 아버지와 언니의 접촉이 사회복귀에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 진정한 친구가 많은 경우와 이성친구가 있을 경우 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 마음 털어놓을 실무자가 2명, 도움 줄 실무자가 많을수록, 보호시설 만족도가 높을수록, 시설을 떠난 후 접촉 의향이 높을수록, 법적 문제가 해결 된 후 자립 할 때까지 머무는 것이 사회복귀에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
셋째, 변수들 간의 상관관계를 알아본 결과, 친구와 접촉을 많이 할수록, 시설에서의 생활이 만족 할수록, 시설을 떠난 후에도 계속 접촉을 할수록 사회복귀에 정적 상관관계를 나타내어 시설 생활 만족도와 쉼터 접촉 의향은 사회복귀에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

After the Sex Slavery Prevention Law came into effect, there has been so many changes occurred in many different areas. Especially the support program for rehabilitation of sex slavery victims has undergone the most drastic change among others. This study is to identify how much effect such support program has on sex slavery victims and their resocialization by evaluating how much effective the support program has been in the level of psychology, emotion, and society.
First we studied related literature and then conducted a survey. Among total 18 initially selected facilities from 35 rehabilitation centers for sex slavery victims in the country, 10 facilities accepted our survey when we contacted them by phone. The survey was administered on beneficiaries from these 10 facilities for one month, Nov. 2005. We conducted Frequency Analysis, Multi-Response Group Analysis, Chi Sqare Test, ANOVA, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis on collected data with using SPSS 12.0 program and found following results.
First, in terms of psychological and emotional support, it seemed that family counseling brought more positive effect on sex slavery victim's resociolization than any other treatment programs.
Second, in terms of social support, it appeared that contact with a father or a (older) sister among their family members gave more positive effect on their resocialization. When there were many good friends or a boyfriend, there were more positive result in their resocialization too. In addition, when there were two facility staff who she can confide in, more staff there were who can help her, more they feel satisfied with the facility, they have an intention to keeping contact with the facility even after they left, and they stayed in the facility until they got on their own feet after legal matters were solved, better results in their resocialization was observed.
Third, in terms of correlations between variables, it was revealed that more frequently she contacted with friends, more satisfied life in a facility she had, longer she kept the contact with friends, more positive effect came out in their resocialization, which only reveals direct correlation between satisfaction of a facility and an intention of continuous contact with it.
