Also, this research analyzes the degree of interchange in community according to the motive for use, the existence of differences or benefits of the verbal information in community according to the motive for use, and the relationship between degree of interchange and awareness of the verbal information in community. To an analysis, online community users were chosen as an analysis object.

There was no difference in users and previous users.
<ResearchProblem2>analysis: Users stated that using verbal communication was beneficial when getting others opinions, confidence, and was influential to them. Online users who used communities habitually made more use of message boards, data, posted responses to other users’ comments, etc showed that they received more help expressing their feelings and opinions due to such postings. Especially users who marked “useful” as a reason for using online communities showed a difference in leaving opinions, feeling confident and influential. For users who use online communities to pass time or to meet new people, they are able to form opinions and leave responses and gain a lot of influence from doing so, thus such data is the reason why users confide in such communities. In extremity it is shown that online community users gain a lot of influence from the community. To add to this data, community users who use online communities to look for information confide in online communities, but there is not much difference between forming opinion and gaining influence.
<Research Problem 3> analysis: The study showed that the higher the degree of interchange is in a user, the more often that user used an online community as an aid to find confidence through reading posts and responses. Also, forming opinions and confidence was shown, and the more a user confided in the online community, the more he/she acquired data and found it to be more beneficial.
