As airlines rush into unlimited competition, is enforcing on-line sales expansion policy in order to reduce distribution cost conquering a lot of sections which airlines can control, but in fact cannot overlook yet indirect sales through travel agencies, and oppressive sales persuasion and airlines advantage policy shown in the existing distribution path is to disappear gradually now, as the large travel agencies become more pivotal in sales structure.
It must become primary to establish cooperative relation with travel agencies so that airlines have competition advantage. And the dependency on travel agencies of airlines is high, so cooperative intention of travel agencies is absolutely necessary.
The main purpose of this study is as follows ; in these viewpoints this study disclosed related characteristic and trouble factors to be happened in aerial distribution markets with the relation between airlines and travel agencies which is a air distribution member in the tourist industries, and grasped factors that trouble factors affect cooperative intention of travel agencies about airlines, and verified the hypothesis that this cooperative
intention affected the confidence that was a result of a distribution path, and presented an airline a hint point of marketing strategy for development related of travel agencies by a foundation with a model for relation development between airlines and travel agencies
The study way that chose among this study in order to achieve a study purpose, firstly, a theoretical consideration was used by publications, paper, data, to find a distribution relation characteristic, trouble, cooperative intention, confidence between a travel agency and an airline, and used questionnaire method in the second, an actual proof study way, and did verification relation model between travel agencies and airlines at the same time.
Investigation object for actual proof study is limited to the working-level officials which can decide on aerial routes and airlines among the salesmen and a working-level official with airline ticket reservations and a ticketing, working-level official per a group sightseeing planning in travel agencies of Seoul region, Korea.

Therefore, in order to reduce the goal disagreement trouble which is just difference of goal and sense of value and the perception disagreement trouble that is just difference of cognition, development of the communication channel is required, so that it can make policy which makes travel agencies profitable over whole sales area thru long term support of air seats and air price helping travel product development and friendly partnership.
The perception disagreement trouble between airline and travel agency is showing very high negative influence relation in cooperative intention, and it is with an important variable to be able to raise cooperative intention to decrease a trouble by distribution relation characteristics, like the above-mentioned things.
The cooperative intention between airlines and travel agencies is showing very high positive influence relation in the confidence, so maintenance/an improvement is required, of objective credit about transactions counterpart and a level of subjective confidence, so that it can make new customer on the trust base, in other words, it can make airline's result increase.
Also it is important variables to raise confidence by subjective judgement of the person in charge relating to flights in the distribution relation between airlines and travel agencies.As demonstrated by an opportunism action of airlines and past transactions of airlines, relation with the business person in charge of travel agencies most primary for airlines.
As concerns, a role management of the employee to have most contacts with a travel agency continuous education must be preceded.
Putting together above these, this study examined distributional relation character between airlines and travel agencies, presented relation model between them by demonstrating actually by path analysis in the influence that distributional relation character make on trouble, and one that trouble does on cooperative intention, and one that cooperative intention does on confidence, and it is very important that airline should manage the cooperative intention to enlarge confidence, the trouble in distributional relation character between airlines and travel agencies. Finally, despite these results, the troubles are limited to only goal disagreement trouble and perception disagreement trouble as a trouble on distributional path, through the preceding study, additional study on the trouble in distributional relation.
