재고관리 측면에서의 RFID 효과 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

현재 RFID 시스템 관련 산업은 지속적인 성장을 거듭하고 있으며, RFID 기술 특성상 거의 무한한 적용 가능성을 가지고 있다. 일부 선진국과 글로벌 기업의 주도하에 기술에 대한 체계적인 연구와 적용방안에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다고는 하지만, RFID 기술을 활용한 비즈니스 모델 발굴과 실질적인 비용과 관련된 성과측정 연구는 전무한 실정이다. RFID 관련 기술개발도 중요하지만, RFID 시스템 도입에 따른 성과측정도 병행되어야 RFID 도입을 검토 중인 기업들에게 가이드라인을 제시해줄 수 있을 것이다.
이에 본 논문에서는 RFID 도입으로 얻을 수 있는 여러 가지 혜택들 중에서 재고관리 측면에서의 기대효과와 RFID 비용을 정량적으로 산출해 보고자 하였으며, 불확실한 비용요소를 반영하기 위해 추계적 모형인 MDP 모형을 활용하여 재고관리모형의 구축과 동시에 알고리즘을 제시하고, 비용요소에 대한 대표적인 수치를 추정하여 Visual Basic으로 제작된 프로그램에 수치를 대입하여 얻어진 결과값을 통해 기대효과 및 비용을 분석해 보고자 하였다.
본 논문의 재고관리모형과 알고리즘이 기업의 RFID 도입을 추진하는데 있어서 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Nowadays, the industry related with RFID systems is undergoing continuous growth, and due to RFID technology’s characteristic, it has infinite application potential. Although systematic research and studies for possible application have been actively done by some developed nations and global corporations, few business model utilizing RFID technology and result measurement research related with real costs has been published. While R&D associated with RFID technologies is important, work measurement by introducing RFID technology must be jointly done to give a guideline to corporations which are considering.
This paper calculates quantitatively the expected effect and RFID costs from the stock management point of view, establishes a stock management model by utilizing an estimate model of MDP model to account for uncertain cost elements and at the same time, presents the algorithm, and by computing the representational data about cost elements and with the resulting value obtained from substituting the data into a Visual Basic program looks to analyze expected effect and costs.
This paper's inventory management model and algorithm will be useful in promoting RFID technology introduction in corporations.
