신세대 장병의 교육에 관한 연구

The purpose of research is education of new generation military men. We analyze that is new generation's character, education system and education's way.
New generation is named generation gap between new generation and existing generation. This concept contains teenager and a young people about unexpectable the latter half of the teens for the early thirtieth.
New generation grows with high economic growth, an affluent society, a two-generation family, urbanization, overflowing of the public culture, excluding ideology, excluding authoritarianism, spreading liberalism, the age of information.
They have a sense of sovereignty about freedom and characteristic, egalitarianism, challenging mind, excluding authoritarianism, rationalism, disbelief about existing generation.
They brings an advantage that leftist thinking's diminution, rationalism, excluding authority relationship, cheerful barrack life from opening and franky character, early application about an information oriented society and scientific age from high standard of education. But they brings too a disadvantage that ignoring an order, insulting theirs senior, rejection symptoms about military's class system, community spirit's shortage, lacking patience, esthetics, meterialism, the pleasures of senses, overconsumption.
For education of new generation, constructing remote education system, set up a remote education center and set up a individual education center. And the existing facilities is changing digital facilities. A technicial military men get a point in university when thier skill is used in thiers office.
Education's way is make a community spirit from military society's culture and rule. And making understand about an organism.
Effective education's way is cleary awareness of education's goal, taking part in education, essentially handling a subject, discussion, suitable compensation, etc.
Military men's education have to interaction through remote education. And interchanging with nonmilitary education center for useing nonmilitary knowledge and skill. First of all, we must make digital education environment.
