      Fields of work were simple in the traditional agricultural society. As the society became industrialized, the fields of work became complicated and branched into various kinds. According to the job classification of the U. N., it is known that there are more than 20,000 different kinds of jobs. Therefore, in order to achieve self-realization and to perform social roles through our jobs in the modern industrial society wisely, we have to prepare and choose our careers on the base of a correct recognition and understanding characteristics of each jobs.
      Let us concentrate on job selection of students in vocational high schools get jobs. Most of the students usually get information through the teacher who is in charge of the job arrangements. The teacher is the unique and unilateral communication channel to students. It is very restricted environment and students have only a little options. The choice of career is one of the most difficult courses in the school activities among curriculums.
      This thesis presents a web system which has four purposes. First, its purpose is to present broader and various communication methods rather than traditional one-side communication between students and the teachers who arrange jobs. Second, the system help students to know what their levels are and by what kind of companies they can be hired. Also, the system informs students about the companies that try to hire high school graduates. Third, the system help companies to require students efficiently and to select students whom they want easily. Fourth, the system help the teachers in charge of job arrangements to provide students with various options for jobs, to check the information about the company and students, and to analyze statistics on employment.
      The proposed system make it possible to have communications between the teachers in charge of job arrangement and students through the systematization using the internet. The system manages various information using the database system MYSQL and presents web interface through PHP.
      It is expected to give a lot more help to the students to be employed and the teachers in charge of job arrangement with the employment data system.
