대학생의 인생과제를 중심으로 한 생활양식 검사의 개발 = (The) Development of college students' lifestyle scale focused on life task

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 대학생을 대상으로 생활양식 검사 도구를 개발하는 것이었다. 검사 도구를 개발하기 위해 먼저 문헌 연구를 통해 생활양식 검사 도구의 구성 요인을 살펴보았다. 그리고 대학생을 대상으로 문항을 수집하고 기존 척도들의 문항을 추가하여 진로, 이성교제, 대인관계 세 개 요인의 문항을 구성하였다. 수집된 자료에 대해 문항분석 및 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 진로 척도는 결정 및 현실성, 실천성, 준비성, 독립성, 진로 확신 5개의 요인, 43문항으로 구성되었다. 이성교제 척도는 만족도 및 친밀성, 이성불안 2개의 요인, 25문항으로 구성되었다. 대인관계 척도는 만족도 및 적극성, 대인불안, 친밀성 3개의 요인, 35문항으로 구성되었다. 각각의 척도에 대한 요인 구조의 안정성 및 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 본 연구 의의는 대학생을 대상으로 한국형 생활양식 척도를 개발하였다는 점이다. 그러나 연구 대상자가 광주：전남 지역 대학생으로 한정되었다는 제한점이 있다. 시사점과 제한점을 중심으로 추후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop lifestyle scale for college students. This study was to search for factors through literature review and survey. Three factors, that is, the career, the dating, and the interpersonal relationship were composed of the lifestyle scale through both research of college students and previous developed scale. Then items were determined by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Career scale was composed of five factors with forty-three items; decision and reality, practice, preparation, independence and career conviction. Dating scale was composed of two factors with twenty-five items; satisfying and intimacy, and anxiety. Interpersonal scale was composed of three factors with thirty-five items; satisfaction and activity, anxiety, and intimacy. It was found stability and reliability of factors. The findings of this study were developed college students' Korean Lifestyle Scale. The limitation of this study was participants who were selected at Gwangju and Chonnam in Korea. Based on the finding results, the development and the application of counseling and study were discussed.
