風水思想이 인테리어에 미치는 影向에 關한 硏究 = (The) Research of the Influence which Feng Shui Affects Interior Design

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기존의 풍수사상에 의하면 우리의 생활공간에는 좋은 기(氣)와 나쁜 기(氣)가 흐른다고 보고 있다. 이를 풍수사상을 통해 생기(生氣)가 있는 곳 등을 가려 주거공간을 설계한다면 훨씬 더 삶의 질을 높이는 현명한 방법이 될 것이다.
이는 기존의 인테리어 개념 위에 풍수사상을 접목한 풍수인테리어를 첨가시킨 것으로 기(氣)의 흐름을 원활하게 함으로써 삶에 행복을 가져다 줄 수 있다고 보는 것이다.
이에 본 연구에서는 풍수사상(風水思想)을 활용한 풍수인테리어로 생활공간에 미치는 영향에 관해 알아보고 사례 분석과 함께 기(氣)의 과부족(過不足)에 따른 대응 방안 등을 찾아보고자 한다. 이는 향후 생활공간계획에 도움이 되고자 함이다.
풍수와 음양오행(陰陽五行) 이론의 이론적인 고찰을 통해서 현대적 해석의 틀을 마련하고 인테리어 디자인의 적용을 모색하여 전통적인 이론에 근거를 둔 이상적인 현대 생활공간 창출은 꼭 필요한 것으로 보여 진다.
본 연구는 풍수와 음양오행 이론의 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 얻어진 내용들 중에서 인테리어에 적용할 수 있는 부분을 방위, 색채, 재료, 가구, 조명, 소품 범위로 규정하여 각각의 선정 원리와 방법에 대해서도 살펴본다.
본 연구의 기본 진행 방법은 다음과 같다.
첫째로 문헌을 통해 풍수와 음양오행의 이론적 고찰과 함께 인테리어에 적용될 수 있는 이론적 원리를 추출한다. 문헌으로는 과거 전통 풍수사상과 음양오행사상의 원론과 함께 최근 현대의 생활상에 맞게 새롭게 해석되어 나온 문헌들을 함께 살펴본다.
둘째로 이렇게 해서 적용할 수 있는 부분들을 살펴보아 이것들을 현대의 인테리어에 적용할 수 있는 원리들과 구성 기법들을 찾아본다.
셋째로 이와 같은 원리를 참고삼아 실제 생활공간 사례를 분석하고 평가한다.
넷째로 여기에서 얻어진 자료들로써 풍수와 음양오행 이론이 적용된 현대 인테리어의 이상적인 방향과 그 방법들을 제시한다.
본 연구에서 풍수인테리어의 적용 관계와 공간의 해석은, 첫째 풍수인테리어의 의미와 음양오행에 있어서 배경과 논리로 해석 하였고, 둘째 자연 환경적 풍수인테리어의 구성요소인 방위, 색채, 재료, 가구, 조명, 소품들을 기의 개념으로 해석하였다. 그리고 풍수인테리어의 기를 한국인의 주거환경의 개념으로도 해석하였다. 즉, 기와 풍수인테리어에 나타나는 연구는 자연과 인간의 본질에 대한 해석이다.
결론적으로 풍수지리의 핵심은 기라고 이야기 할 수 있다. 이 기(氣)는 풍수인테리어의 공간의 조화 즉, 구성요소들이 합쳐서 풍수인테리어의 방향으로 해석되며 음양오행, 양택론으로 해석하여 서술하였다. 그러므로 풍수인테리어는 좋은 기가 많이 모이게 하는 것이 풍수인테리어의 목적이며 자연과 사람의 조화를 극대화하기 위한 방안인 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

According to the theory of feng shui, it considers that there are both good and bad energies in living space. Designing a housing space by telling good from bad on the basis of feng shui theory, we will experience the wise method of improving our quality of life.
In this study, existing interior concepts was added to a rational idea of feng shui interior design in a bid to show the assumption that a harmonized current of energy can bring happiness to our lives.
The aims of this study is to investigate how the feng shui interior design, which utilizes the idea of feng shui, affects on the living space and to look for solutions through case analysis. It aims to be helpful to a future housing space plan.
It shows a systematic method after framing scientific and rational theories of feng shui interior design, and then suggests that creating the model of a new living space from a traditional theory is required.
Amid the facts obtained by refering to the literatures on feng shui and the Yin-Yang principles, this study will examine what to apply to modern interior design in terms of direction, coloring, material, furniture, lighting and home accessories.
This is the basic advance method of research.
1) To answer the question, we extracted an applicable theoretical principle from documents for interior design with theoretical consideration of feng shui and the Yin and Yang principles. It searches the reference which was interpreted newly for a present-day life, along with the theory of traditional feng shui thought and Yin-Yang principles.
2) Since applicable portions are examined, it searches for the principles and composition techniques that can be applied to present-day interior design.
3) It has analyzed actual design cases to find principles.
4) From the data obtained here, we determine ideal directions and methods of modern interior design which can apply the feng shui and the Yin-Yang principles.
In the result of this study, it explains the meaning of feng shui interior design and Yin-Yang principles in a background and logic, and interprets the composition elements of a natural environmental feng shui interior design, such as direction, coloring, material, furniture, lighting and home accessories, along with the concept of energy. It also interprets the energy of the feng shui interior design with concept of the housing environment of Koreans.
In conclusion, we show that an energy is the essence of the feng shui principles. An evidence is the harmony of space with the energy of feng shui interior design. Namely, we suggest that the composition of elements is united, and it is possibly interpreted in the direction of feng shui interior design. We measured that it was interpreted by the Yin-Yang principles and the theory of housing site. Therefore, the purpose of feng shui interior design is gathering lots of good energies in housing site, and the suggestion is that nature totally harmonizes with human beings.
