This research allows purpose that wish to recognize the emotion, the importance of sociality that exert influence in development that is to be before child, and supply basis information in researches since one on the basis of influence relation enemy with each abilities, and beacon to program development to find out and supplement lacking parts in child's development. In this study, will see that correlation between emotion intelligence and social ability, and see correlation between each low rank areas.
Teacher's age seems 29 perpendicularly, and ten thousand, five -year-old two halves which have similar career of 8 years and 7 years choose and enforced emotion intelligence public prosecutor and social ability public prosecutor in S kindergarten that target for this research locates in Kimhae city.
Examination greate box the A class 15 boys, girl was 35 people all to 20 people, and the B class 13 boys, girl executed examination to whole 70 children to 35 people all to 22 people.
Case of examination distinction of sex of greate box are many women of 70, 42 people (60%) in the case of whole 28 people (40%), woman in man's case.
Respondent who look insincere feedback of data which is collected in achievement of this research was excepted in figure settlement, with believability examination about each inquiry by the actual proof analysis method interrelation analysis and actual proof analysis of this research everybody level p of existence < .05, p < . verified in 01, and figure processing analyzed using SPSSWIN 11.0 programs.
Result of this research is as following.
First, when saw correlation of emotion intelligence and social ability, statical correlation was expose that is between emotion intelligence and social ability.
Therefore, emotion intelligence can know that high case social ability rises.
Second, when saw correlation with emotion intelligence and social ability low rank area, emotion intelligence was expose that it are cooperativeness and sociality of low rank area of social ability and silence correlation.
Among them, cooperativeness showed emotion intelligence and high correlation than sociality.
In case emotion intelligence is high, it can know that cooperativeness and sociality rise in low rank sacred ground of social ability.
Third, when saw correlation with emotion intelligence low rank field and social ability, low rank area middle, accident advancement of emotion and emotion interests of emotion intelligence were expose that it are social ability and statical correlation.
That is, infant who social ability is tall can know in emotion intelligence low rank sacred ground that accident advancement and emotion interests are high.
Fourth, when saw emotion intelligence low rank sacred ground and correlation of social ability low rank area, emotion earth's crust of emotion intelligence low rank area was expose by sociality and silence correlation that keep in mind, and accident promotion get-up-and-go of social ability low rank area and emotion comprehension by sociality area and statical correlation that keep in mind appear .

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 아동의 전인적인 발달에 영향력을 미치는 정서, 사회성의 중요성을 인식하고, 각 능력들과의 관계적 영향력을 토대로 한 이후의 연구들에 기초정보를 제공하며, 아동의 발달에 있어서 부족한 부분들을 알아내어 보완하기 위한 프로그램 개발에도 도움이 되고자 하는 것에 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정서지능과 사회적 능력간의 상관관계가 있는가를 보고, 각 하위영역들간의 상관관계를 볼 것이다.
본 연구를 위한 대상은 김해시에 소재한 S유치원에서 교사의 나이가 29세로 같고, 8년과 7년의 비슷한 경력을 가진 만 5세 두 반을 선정하여 정서지능 검사와 사회적 능력 검사를 실시하였다. 검사 대상자는 A반은 남아가 15명, 여아가 20명으로 총 35명이었고, B반은 남아가 13명, 여아가 22명으로 총 35명으로 전체 70명의 아동에게 검사를 실시하였다. 검사 대상자의 성별의 경우에는 남자의 경우에 전체 28명(40%), 여자의 경우에 42명(60%)으로 전체 70명중 여자가 많았다. 본 연구의 수행에 있어서 회수된 자료 중 무성의한 반응을 보인 응답자는 통계처리에서 제외시켰으며, 그 실증분석방법으로는 각 문항에 대한 신뢰도 검사와 상관관계분석 그리고 본 연구의 실증 분석은 모두 유의수준 p<.05, p<.01에서 검증하였으며, 통계처리는 SPSSWIN 11.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다.
본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 정서 지능과 사회적 능력의 상관관계를 보았을 때, 정서 지능과 사회적 능력간에 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정서지능이 높은 경우 사회적 능력도 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다.
둘째, 정서지능과 사회적 능력 하위 영역과의 상관관계를 보았을 때, 정서 지능이 사회적 능력의 하위영역 중 협조성과 사교성과 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그중 협조성이 사교성보다 정서지능과 높은 상관을 보였다. 정서지능이 높을 경우, 사회적 능력의 하위영역에서 협조성과 사교성이 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있다.
셋째, 정서지능 하위영역과 사회적 능력과의 상관관계를 보았을 때, 정서지능의 하위영역 중, 정서의 사고촉진과 정서이해가 사회적 능력과 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 사회적 능력이 높은 유아가 정서지능 하위영역에서 사고촉진과 정서이해가 높다는 것을 알 수 있다.
넷째, 정서지능 하위 영역과 사회적 능력 하위영역의 상관관계를 보았을 때, 정서 지능 하위 영역 중 정서 지각은 사교성과 유의한 정적 상관관계로 나타났고, 사고 촉진은 사회적 능력 하위 영역 중 주도성과, 정서 이해는 사교성 영역과 유의한 정적인 상관관계로 나타났다.
다섯째, 정서지능 하위 변인과 사회적 능력과의 상관관계를 보았을 때, 사회적 능력과 정서지능의 하위변인 중, 이야기, 감각적 표현, 정서 변화, 혼합 정서, 감정 이입, 정서 조절과의 관계에서 유의미한 정적 상관관계로 나타났다.
여섯째, 정서지능 하위 변인과 사회적 능력 하위 영역 간의 상관관계를 보았을 때, 정서지능 하위 변인 중 이야기의 경우 협조성, 사교성과 유의한 정적 상관관계로 나타났고, 사고 촉진 변인의 경우 사교성과, 감각적 표현의 경우 사교성간에 유의한 정적 상관관계로 나타났다. 정서조절의 경우 협조성과 정서관계의 협조성과 유의미한 정적 상관관계로 나타났다.
