합기도 도장의 활성화를 위한 마케팅 전략 연구 = (A)study on marketing strategies to promote Hapkido gymnasium

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 합기도 도장 경영의 마케팅 전략을 수립하는 데 필요한 중요 자료를 제공하여 합기도 도장을 활성화하기 위한 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 대구․경북에 위치한 합기도 도장을 무작위로 선정한 후, 비확률 표본 추출법 중 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling method)을 사용하여 200명을 표집하여 본 연구에 이용하였다.
본 연구에서는 설문지를 이용하여 연구를 수행하였으며, 본 연구에서 사용한 통계 분석 기법은 빈도 분석 및 교차 분석 (x²)분석을 이용하였다.
이상의 절차를 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 합기도 지도자의 일반적 배경변인의 특성의 평균을 살펴보면 연령은 33.74이며, 지도경력은 9.25년, 유치부 관원 수는 10.07명, 초등부 관원 수는 40.89명, 중고등부 관원 수 20.40명, 일반 관원 수는 9.55명으로 나타났으며, 합기도 도장의 규모는 56.16평인 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 합기도장의 위치는 2층, 시설은 청결상태 및 매트 상태 양호, 교육프로프램은 기본기술 프로그램, 인성 교육 프로그램, 예절프로그램 순으로 나타났으며, 홍보방식은 구전광고가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 지도자에 관한 질문에서는 근면, 성실성, 대외 관계, 행동 신뢰의 순으로 나타났다.
셋째, 합기도 지도자의 연령에 따라 연고자 입관 촉진, 지도자활동, 신체적 이득 변인에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
넷째, 합기도 지도자의 지도경력에 따라 정신프로그램 변인에서만 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
다섯째, 합기도 지도자의 소득수준에 따라 홍보방법, 재 가입 유도방법, 신체적 이득 변인에서 집단간 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this research was to present a method to activate Hapkido gymnasium by supplying useful reference resources required to establish marketing strategy for efficient management of Hapkido Gym.
As the subjects for this survey, Hapkido gymnasiums located at Daegu City in Gyeongbuk were selected randomly, and 200 participants were sampled by using Convenience Sampling Method among non-probability sampling methods, and the resulting data were analyzed accordingly.
Participants were asked to complete a survey that included questionnaire and the statistical-analytical method used in the research works were Frequency Analysis, Crosstab Analysis, and (χ2)Chi-Square Test. Conclusions obtained from the above analyses are as follows:
First, results from examinations of the general characteristics of background variables of Hapkido masters in average showed that their age was 33.74, career of couching and guiding was 9.25 years, number of juvenile trainee was 10.07, number of elementary-level trainee was 40.89, number of secondary-level trainee was 20.40, number of adult trainee was 9.55, and the size of the gym was 56.16 pyeong.
Second, results from survey revealed that the location of Hapkido Gym was 2nd floor, and that the state of cleanliness of the training facilities and of mat were good, and that training program comprised basic skill program, class for humanity education, and class for education in propriety, and that as to method of publicity, they relied mostly upon word of mouth promotion, and that regarding questions about characteristics of masters, factors such as diligent, sincerity, interrelations, and behavioral reliability were regarded as higher quality.
Third, results from analysis indicated that there were significant differences between groups in the promotional activities by persuading or attracting people around to join Hapkido training program, activities to fulfill the role as a leader, the variable relative to benefits of physical activity according to the age of masters.
Fourth, results from analysis exhibited that there were significant differences between groups only in the variable relative to mental program according to the coaching or teaching career of Hapkido master.
Fifth, results from analysis revealed that there were significant differences between groups in the method of publicity, method to induce rejoining the training program, and the variable relative to benefit of physical activity.
