      The radical development of the technology of the information communication and the change of the framework of society require a new educational environment. That is, they are requiring the switchover of uniformed education to the one with self-regulation, diversity, and characteristics and the supplier-centered education to the demander-centered one. To meet the demands, the value of education using the Internet has been appreciated and many educational methods have been attempted and developed. The WBI educational methods using the Internet has now become progressively common.
      The focus of the learning based on the WBI was to implement learner-centered learning that the students themselves select the learning contents suitable to their abilities and make use of the advantages and features of the Web in the learning space.
      But the most learning methods based on Web were lacking of suitable feedbacks for inducing and maintaining learning motives for learner-centered learning and studying selective learning according to their learning abilities. They only offered learning space and evaluation items and the feedback for true or false.
      Thus I define the feedback in this dissertation as all types of communications in which teacher offers the students all informations about their qualitative and quantitative achievement after the students perform certain learning assignments. I as designed and implement positive and various WBI feedback based on teaching and learning system of Korean Educational Development Institute so that the students with less subjectivity and discernment study themselves learning through feedback and get continuously feedback through the database.
      If this study is applied to the learning based on Web, I expect it enables students effectively learning based on Web because students can study selective learning suitable to their abilities through reflective thought and have learning motives continuously after they are aware of their achievement level, and the part needed more learning through the feedback in stages in the learning procession. It also enables teachers to analyze their teaching effect through the students' learning effects and complement and improve the lacking areas in order to maintain the latest learning contents suitable to the achievement of the learning goal.
