The inclusive education of the handicapped children, it's a right time, is expect for positive effect which are developing sociality and learning basic-life through early integration with normal children in same ages as well as various aspects of service. Causing the voice of the inclusive education of infant is getting higher, the need of it has been growing up.
The purpose of this study is to try to suggest that the basic data how to promote the existing integration program in the field directly by examination, for the justifiability and the social concern of the inclusive education, is in the process of institutional preparation as many aspects.
At the first, we studied on a theory background about the inclusive education for the handicapped children, afterward surveyed on the educational facilities which have been doing it, conducted the solution and promotion plan of integration education for the handicapped children.
As a survey result which tested the chief and teachers of the inclusive day care center showed following problems.
For the teacher for the inclusive education, first, it's difficult with non-professional conditions, fitting an individual education. Second, for the teacher's treatment of pay and working time, no team-approach which made integration teachers are not satisfied between normal and special education teachers.
For the chief for the inclusive education, first, they have to change their recognition of the parents and social in general. Second, It needs to improve physical environment with increasing administration ․ financial support in order to be possible to realize an inclusive education in a new environment, because existed facilities are very backward to accompany an inclusive education in a case of type. Third, it's necessary to be systematized for completing effective inclusive education, and quality improvement. Fourth, to share of an inclusive education program and teach method, to be insufficient individual professional program to fit every handicapped type.
We showed, causing the parents of handicapped children asked for many requirement, so it's not easy to correspond their specific requirement in a short history facilities of inclusive education experience, and also not enough manual and program in a case. So, we suggested 5 things to solve the above limitation, to promote an inclusive education.
First, we have to train high quality teacher to construct a professional Infra systematically. Second, rise a sense of satisfaction and achievement through the improvement environment of an inclusive education for the teachers. Third, to supply manual and to study systematic program. Fourth, to study parents and Family supporting program. Fifth, it's very important to run systematically in order to promotion an inclusive education to be making integration ecosystem, therefore all of us of social members to be network assume current problem and improvement plan continually for the inclusive education.
Each one of various social parts, carries out each professional in their filed, exams the actuality and recommends improvement plan, apply it to our educational environment into an institution and a policy, which will realize a social inclusion through the inclusive education in the future.
We expect, this study will be apply to actual inclusive education in the filed for the handicapped children with solving problems by stage, the inclusive education for the handicapped children will be made promotion, after that, any type of disabled children get a education at any place if they want.
