포스트모던 시대에서 메트로섹슈얼과 콘트라섹슈얼 경향에 대한 연구 = (The) study on the trend of Metro-sexuality & Contra-sexuality in post-modern age

It is not a single dominant way of life that conducts the flow of a culture but the merging of the individually distinguished smaller sub-cultures that creates the post-modern era. To understand this era, it is important to know those sub-cultures as well as the fact that this era puts much emphasis on individual preference as well as the importance in the exchange of certain effects.
Given the background of this time, events of metro-sexuality and contra-sexuality are a couple of this era's pioneering elements that shape the overall culture. The basic concept behind metro-sexuality is the male's tendency to be feminine while the basic concept behind contra-sexuality is the female's tendency to be masculine.
Metro-sexuality and contra-sexuality both from the surface seem to have started with regards to the idea of equality among both genders and this is further confirmed by the findings in the research which was done by digging deeper into this issue and getting at the core of these sub-cultures which also show that these similar events share the same defining characteristics and personality. The growing importance and recognition of women's sensitive tendencies and competence out in society has an effect on the men who now must abide by these feministicideals. The growing popularity of the metro-sexual and contra-sexual events is due to this shift in society.
After seeing the research of this topic at hand it is apparent that the two events (metro-sexuality, contra-sexuality) are not matters to be taken lightheartedly. These events are not so much the mere aspects of a culture but the force that is leading the culture; it is wise to say that this force in the future will shape society in every possible aspect.
This research of the feminine male and the masculine female cannot be overlooked. The importance of understanding this matter from all angles is of the utmost importance. This is not a simple matter of the different sub-cultures because it goes into the subconscious of society's many levels answering how and why this came to be as well as how this will influence society in the future. It stresses the significance in understanding the rising empowerment of women and the lasting involvement this will have on society as a whole.
