      The organization of the brain cell has been chemically changed because of the new fact and information. It is happened to develop for scientific technique in 21th century.
      The synapse which connects between brain cells highly reaches 150% compared adults during the beginning part of babyhood. But it is decreased same as adult being after 7 or 8 years old. Therefore the needs of experience being a baby is raised. So, many ways of access have been studied to develop a propensity for mathematics.
      Especially, an accelerator and a vehicle are needed to make them spread automatically possibility for mathematics. It is that teaching aids and materials are kind of things.
      Therefore, the aim of this study is to know that parents and teachers who take charge the youngs mathematics choose and use what teaching aids and materials for their young children and how much effect give rise to young children in 2005.
      Furthermore, I expect to know university students' thinking about an education for mathematics and to compare their minds between them and parents. Finally, I consider a direction of education for mathematics to young Children.
