기독교가정의 부모역할 훈련에 대한 연구 = (A) Study for the Discipline of Parents' Role in Christian Family

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 기독교인의 가정에서 부모의 역할에 대한 프로그램으로서 교회에서 부모들에게 훈련하여서 부모역할을 수행하는데 필요로 한 자료를 수집하여 활용할 수 있도록 만들었다. 연구하면서 가정은 인격형성을 이루는 최초의 교육장으로서 누구나 가정이라는 만남의 장소를 통해서 삶의 과정에서 필요한 기초적인 행동양식을 배우고 인격을 형성해 가는데 중요한 역할을 하는 것을 알았으며, 산업사회가 시작하면서 교육기관을 통한 교육의 비중이 점점 커지고 가정의 교육적 기능이 많이 약화되었으나 개인의 인격형성이라는 차원에서 가정과 부모의 영향은 매우 중요하다고 생각한다.
현대사회가 겪고 있는 가정과 자녀교육의 문제는 기독교 가정도 예외일수는 없다고 본다. 기독교적 신앙 인격의 형성에 있어서도 가장 중요한 교육의 장은 가정이다. 가정에서의 기독교적인 자녀양육은 하나님의 명령으로 부모들의 책임에 속한다. 하나님께서 부모들에게 선물로 주신 자녀들을 교육함에 있어서 하나님의 대리자로서의 위치를 가지고 있어야하며 언약의 차원에서의 자녀를 바라보는 지식을 가지고 있어야 함을 느끼고 부모들에게 교육이 필요하기에 교회에서 할 수 있는 프로그램을 만들어서 교회의 지도자들이 사용하도록 구성하였다. 본 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 부모교육을 통하여 성경적 가정의 의미를 일깨우며 부모의 존재의미를 일깨워 주는데 있다.
둘째, 부모교육을 통하여 부모의 엄숙한 권위와 의무감을 고취시켜 부모로서 의무를 다하게 하는데 있다.
셋째, 부모교육을 통하여 자녀와의 갈등의 원인을 분석하며 자녀와의 문제를 해결하도록 돕는다.
넷째, 부모교육을 통하여 부모역할의 중요성을 인식시켜 주면서 부모로서 책임과 역할을 다하도록 능력을 배양시킨다.
다섯째, 부모교육을 통하여 부모의 영성을 강화시켜 주면서 자녀에게 신앙훈령을 통하여 성경적 가정을 이루어 가도록 부모교육 프로그램을 제공함으로써 부모역할을 극대화 시키는 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is consist of the materials, which are needed for parents who practice their role in family. So it can be used in churches to teach parents. Studying this subject, I realized family plays an important role in forming one's personality and learning basic behavior model. With the beginning of industrial society, the importance of public education is increasing. However, the significant role of family is still higly ranked in forming personality.
Problems of family and children education in modern society are also big trouble to christian families. Concerning the formation of faith, family is also important place to learn. It is parents' responsibility and God's vocation to raise their children in biblical way.
Realizing parents should be placed as a replacement in raising their children who are the gift of God and have a viewpoint with covenantal dimension, I concluded that parents must be taught about their role. So I intended this program to be used in churches by church leaders to teach parents.
The significances of this study are like below. Firstly, to awaken the meaning of biblical family and meaning of parents' existence through the discipline of Parents. Secondly, to make parents' practice their role correctly by inspiring their dignified authority through the discipline of Parent. Thirdly, to help solving conflicts between children and parents with analysing the cause of them through the discipline of Parents. Fourthly, to increase the ability to practice their role and responsibility while emphasizing the important role of parents through the discipline of Parents. Fifthly, to maximize the parents' role with supporting the discipline of Parents in order to build biblical family and strengthen their faith.
