가정에서의 유아 기독교 교육 연구 = (A) study on early child's christian education at home

국문 초록 (Abstract)

가정은 하나님의 창조질서에 있어서 가장 기본적인 단위이며, 인간형성이 이루어지는 최초의 중요한 교육의 장일 뿐 아니라 신앙과 사랑과 신뢰의 기초공동체이다. 가정 없이는 인간이 존재할 수 없고, 사회집단으로써의 가정이 없다면 사회 자체도 존속할 수 없다. 특히 기독교 가정은 가장 기본적인 인격공동체로서 하나님의 뜻과 목적에 부합하도록 생활하는 신앙의 공동체이고 자녀들의 훈련장소이다. 다시 말해서 가정은 인간이 창조한 것이 아니라 창조주 하나님에 의하여 끊임없이 창조되는 과정이며, 동시에 그 속에서 인간들이 참여하여 형성하는 전인적인 과정이며 전인적인 인간형성의 장인 것이다.그러나 가정이 이토록 중요함에도 불구하고 오늘날의 가정은 급변하는 현대사회의 산업화와 도시화, 인간의 개인화의 풍조로 인해 분열과 해체의 위기를 맞고 있다. 이런 영향은 가정규범을 해체시키고 가족원에 대한 통제력을 약화시킴으로서, 결과적으로 가족원은 가정과 사회에 적응하지 못한 채 불균형 상태에 빠지고 만다. 현대 사회의 이러한 문제들은 오늘날 기독교 가정에서도 자유롭지 못하다. 이것은 사회의 위기요, 하나님 나라 건설이라는 기독교적 사명의 위기라고도 할 수 있다.이렇듯 오늘날 현대사회의 변화로 말미암아 가정의 구조와 기능이 흔들리고 심지어 기독교 가정도 신앙의 장으로서 책임을 다하지 못하고 있는 실정임을 생각할 때 기독교 교육의 회복은 너무나도 시급한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 기독교 교육의 근본적인 문제 해결을 위해서는 교회도 학교도 아닌 가정을 중심으로 교육의 재전환이 일어나야 할 것이다.특히 인생에 있어 가장 중요한 시기라 할 수 있는 유아기에 있어서 기독교 교육의 영향력을 가장 많이 미치는 곳이 가정이기에 기독교 교육의 많은 부분을 가정에서 담당하는 것이 바람직하다. 가정에서는 하나님께서 주신 선물 즉 자녀들을 위탁받아서 키우는 부모들의 건전한 사고와 올바른 기독교 환경이 올바른 기독교인을 만들며 그리스도의 사랑을 깨닫게 해 주는 통로로서의 역할을 감당해야 할 것이다.오늘날 가정의 기독교 교육은 그 내용이 하나님의 말씀에 기초하여야 한다. 그리고 가정예배를 통한 예배 생활의 훈육과 신앙 고백의 기도생활도 포함되어야 된다. 교육의 방법으로는 먼저 가정에서 부모가 본이 되는 기독교적인 삶을 사는 것으로, 부모의 삶이 직·간접적으로 영향을 끼치므로 유아가 부모를 보고 배울 수 있도록 모범이 되어야겠다. 또한 부모는 먼저 기독교교육자로서 자질을 갖추고, 유아의 성장·발달 단계에 따라 훈계와 칭찬, 대화와 놀이, 그리고 가정예배를 통해 유아가 올바르게 자라가도록 해야 할 것이다.가정에서의 올바른 부모역할을 위해서는 교회가 부모교육 문제에 대해 적극적인 인식과 참여, 그리고 해결방안의 과제를 가져야 하겠다. 교회는 다양한 변화와 문제를 가진 현대 가정과 자녀를 양육하는 부모들에 대해 새로운 교육적 책임을 가져야 하며, 특히 유아기 교육의 중요성을 깨달아 부모를 위한 교육이 선행되어야 함을 인식해야 할 것이다. 따라서 교회와 가정의 연계교육으로서 부모교육을 통한 자녀의 신앙성장은 물론 부모의 신앙성장과 부모로서의 책임감을 가질 수 있도록 돕는 역할을 교회는 감당해야 할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Home is the most basic unit for our Lord God's order of creation, and it is not only the primary and important arena of education conducive to development of humanity but also a unit community for faith, love and trust. Without home, man cannot exist, and without home as social group, the society itself could not exist. In particular, a christian home is the most fundamental personality community and at the same time, a religious community for a life conforming to God's will and goal and a training center for children. To reiterate, home was not created by men, but it has continued to be created by our creator God, and simultaneously, it is a whole-personality process formed with men participating in it as well as an arena for development of a whole personality.Despite home is such important, today's homes are at the crisis of being disintegrated and dismantled because our modern society is rapidly changing to be industrialized, urbanized and individualized. As a result, family norms are being paralyzed enough to lose their control of family members and ultimately, make them unadaptable to the society as well as their family life. Today, our christian homes are not free from such problems of modern society. This phenomenon is equal to a social crisis and a crisis of our christian mission for construction of God' nation.As it is, the structure and functions of our homes are affected by the changing society to be paralyzed, and even a christian home do not seem to be kept responsible for its roles as religious arena. Hence, it is too urgent to recover the christian education. In order to root out the problems impeding the christian education, it is required of every home, neither church nor school, to be reawakened of christian education.In particular, early child are influenced most by the christian education because they are at the most important stage of their life, and therefore, it is deemed desirable to mandate homes to be responsible for their early child's christian education. At home, parents are commissioned by God to rear his gifts or children to have a sound way of thinking and educate them to be good christians, while awakening them of Christ's love.Today, christian education at home should be based on God's words. And it should include worship disciplines and confession prays through home worship services. Since parents' life influences their children's life directly and indirectly, they are obliged to live a model christian life to be followed by their children. Furthermore, parents should be armed with the quality required for christian educators to admonish, praise, talk and play with their children appropriately according to their growth and development and through home worship services.For correct parental roles, churches are obliged to participate actively in parent's christian education at home, while suggesting the solutions to possible problems. The church should be responsible for the parents rearing their young children in this modern society afflicted by diverse problems, and particularly, be aware of importance of the early childhood education to educate and train the parents first. All in all, the church should not only educate parents on early childhood christian education at home but also help parents to grow religiously to be more responsible for their early child's christian education.
