다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Now a days, we are living in the society that encounter changes in information, technology, and trading. Some of the new soldiers, who lived in this kind of society create problems due to lack of adjustments in military life style. We should consider the different characteristics of the soldiers and different culture that affects the adoption to the military life style and we should find out the problems that makes the soldiers uncomfortable in adjusting to the military life style. After finding all the evidences, we promoted the plan on adopting to military life style.
This research is about the new soldiers that encountered hard time adopting to the military life style and in Chapter I, we researched on the way to extract some of the soldiers who can not adopt to the military life style by finding the problems that they create with in the army. In Chapter II, the different view and reasons on the new generation soldiers who can not adopt to the military life style and view the characteristics of the soldiers who can not adopt to the army through comparing the life style of society and the life style of the military. We chose one of the infantry division and surveyed the recent soldiers for two years about their respective age, address, physical rank, family relation and breaking the law in the past. We used the survey as our proof on the characteristics of the soldiers and find the reason of being left-out from the military quarter life. Chapter III contains four different types of reasons such as group's characteristics, the class system, deficiency in command, and personal reasons that soldiers can not adopt to the military service. We also indicated the possible accidents and problems that each reasons can create.
Whoever you are, if your life environment and style suddenly change, it would be hard to adopt. But we should not neglect the fact that adopting the new life style is difficult and as far as the new generation of soldiers recruit in the army, the responsibility lies on the hands of the managing staff and commanders. In order to stop the problems and accidents, we should have visual physical care, latency activation, and respect of one's personality.
The limitation of this thesis paper about the research on unadoptive military service is that we researched based on just one of the infantry divisions and the survey was from the soldiers who recruit in the army for last 2 years. Based on this factors, we can not conclude that all of the soldiers in the army would be the same. For the future researchers who would research on unadoptive soldiers in military life, we recommend that you study the society outside of the military and study the right way to teach the soldiers, who are the base of the army, according to the future style. You should find out how you could apply the new teaching style in the military system and possible problems that could occur in the future.
