태권도 도장 경영에 대한 고객만족 요인 분석 = (A) study on analysis of client/satisfactory elementsin Taekwondo school management

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 태권도 보급과 발전에 기초적인 역할을 하고 있는 태권도 도장의 합리적인 경영방법과 도장을 이용하는 고객을 설문지를 통하여 성별, 학력, 월수입, 직업에 대한 만족도를 분석하여, 태권도 도장경영에 대한 기초 자료의 제공과 생활체육의 한 분야로서 건전한 스포츠로 발전시키고자함에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 서울/경기 태권도협회에 등록되어 있는 태권도 도장의 수련생을 추출하여, 그 수련생의 학부모에게 정진용(2001)과 윤종록(2001)이 작성한 설문지를 기초로 하여 본 연구의 관심과 유사한 연구인 박병규(2002)의 설문지에서 본 연구에 접합하도록 수정·보안하여 작성한 설문지를 배포 수거하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다.
첫째, 성별에 따른 시설만족도, 고객만족도, 지도자만족도, 수련내용만족도의 차이검증을 실시한 결과 시설만족도, 고객만족에서는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였지만, 지도자만족도, 수련내용만족도에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다.
둘째, 학력에 따른 시설만족도, 고객만족도, 지도자만족도, 수련내용만족도의 차이검증을 실시한 결과 시설만족도, 고객만족도, 지도자만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였지만, 수련내용만족도에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다.
셋째, 월수입에 따른 시설만족도, 고객만족도, 지도자만족도, 수련내용만족도의 차이검증을 실시한 결과 시설만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였지만, 고객만족도, 지도자 만족도, 수련내용만족도에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다.
넷째, 직업에 따른 시설만족도, 고객만족도, 지도자만족도, 수련내용만족도의 차이검증을 실시한 결과 지도자만족도에서는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 못하였지만, 시설만족도, 고객만족도, 수련내용만족도에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타내었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposeof this study is to provide the basic data on Taekwondo School management, and to develop Taekwondo as healthy sports for all by researching the management methods of Taekwondo School and analyzing the satisfactory level of gender, academic backgrounds, monthly income, and occupation of clients using the School. In order to achieve this goal, practitioners from schools registered in Seoul/Gyunggi Taekwondo Association were chosen as the subjects. The parents of the subjects were given questionnaires that are revised and add on similar research done by Park, Byung-Kyu (2002), which is based on survey Jung, jin-yong (2001) and Yoon, Jong-Rok (2001) have created. After analyzing the collected questionnaires, results are listed below.
Firstly, discrepancy verification of the satisfactory level on facility, clients, instructor, and training details in category of gender; it did not show significant differences in facility and clients satisfactory, but in the area of instructor and training details, it showed significant differences statistically.
Secondly, discrepancy verification of the satisfactory level on facility, clients, instructor, and training details in category of academic backgrounds, it did not show significant differences in facility, clients and instructor satisfactory, but in the area of training details, it showed significant differences statistically.
Thirdly, discrepancy verification of the satisfactory level on facility, clients, instructor, and training details in category of monthly income, it did not show significant differences in facility, but in the area of clients, instructor and training details, it showed significant differences statistically.
Fourthly, discrepancy verification of the satisfactory level on facility, clients, instructor, and training details in category of occupation, it did not show significant differences in instructor, but in the area of facility, clients, and training details, it showed significant differences statistically.
